On my way home I decided to go in and have a sandwich. There was one guy who specifically wrote my order down. He gave the order instructions to the other guy with dyed dreds to make my order. Both guys where very arrogant, playing around, complaining about everything. The husky guy with dyed dreds seemed like he was very incompetent of following directions. It took him at least 15 minutes or more to make my order. He kept complaining, asking the same questions over and over again. Every three minutes he would say, were out of something. I had a feeling he was going to get my order wrong by the way he was acting and which he did. The instructions specifically said no ranch, and don’t toast the sandwich. He did the opposite even though he had written instructions. He didn’t even give me the vegetables that come with the sandwich.Also he only gave me one slice of turkey on my sandwich. I have never seen this kind of incompetence in customer service in my life. I was so irritated I didn’t want to go back in and complain about their horrible customer service because I knew things will escalate. Their was also one guy who have been waiting for his order for at least 20 minutes and some how I got mine before he did and he was third before me. Also their was an elderly lady trying to order a sandwich and the boys behind the counter acted like they couldn’t understand what she was saying.I was trying so hard not to yell at them because of their very poor customer service attitude. And the manager or who ever was there seems to let them act the way they do.
Just to be a quick service but they have me waiting 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and with no customers they just care more about cellphone messages then customers
Food is ok. Service sucks. They're always at least 4 people behind the counter but you always have to wait to be served. There's a distraction with the chicken and pizza restaurants in the same area. The staff is asked to know too much. They aren't Quiznos staff, they are staff of the gas service station. Sucks because we love Quiznos in this area and we're excited to find we had one again. The service isn't really worth the drive it takes to get there. That's another thing. Quiznos is almost outside the city limits on Hwy 195.
I ordered a sandwich from Quiznos not too long ago and definitely enjoyed it. My sandwich was made as ordered and was very tasty. I hadn't eaten at a Quiznos in a long time but next time I pass by I may stop to grab a bite to eat.

Very lazy rude little girl working there. I Was the only person in line and she clearly wasn't doing anything. I said hello twice and she got an aditude like I was interrupting her. She told me to wait and I just left. I guess txting her boyfriend was more important than doing her job or something. Anyway, I like Quiznos but the owner needs to fire this incompetent employee before the store gets more bad reviews.
Made the drive out there as I loved eating at Quiznos back in the day when they were in town. The lady behind the counter ("Kim" on the name tag) had zero customer service or a personality & acted like I was was inconveniencing her. They were out of turkey sandwich meat and also out of broccoli cheese soup. Had to order my sandwich without the turkey, and got the chicken noodle soup instead. Soup was disgusting, sandwich was ok. What a disappointment; I'll never go back.
