Best Popeyes in the Killeen-HH area. Only place I get my popeyes from. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Love this place.
I went through the drive thru after being in the field for a week. Ordered a simple sandwich with ketchup only, large size combo. Got home, fries were a small, drink was a large, sandwich was a regular classic. Not the way I ordered it. Called in and manager told me to come back. Told them I don’t have time to come back. Said they can’t do anything except remake my order, if I come back in.
My wife and I always come to this location for our cravings for Popeyes chicken. The facility is clean and the food is always fresh and hot. Really good people that work there. Definitely coming back.
I went to Popeyes on Sunday at 1530 to closed lobby with 2 employees hanging out in said lobby. No big deal, however as my friend and I pulled around, we went to order and I was greeted with, "what you want?" To which my friend asked, "hey is your lobby closed?" To which he recieved a response of " yeh, we only have 3 workers. So you want food or nah?" What kind of establishment hires people who talk like that?
Who is hiring at this location. Your evening drive through guy is the slowest most unqualified fast food orderer I have ever experienced. No sauces, straws or napkins, and unable to take more than one order over the speaker at the drive through a minute at a time… and still gets it wrong! This type of work starts at training with management!
Service not great, requested a 4 PC meal combo, and was told they did not have enough chicken to give me all dark meat as requested. No special request and this was two hours before closing.
It has a lot of potential but need improvement in customer service.
Don't get me wrong the food was good but for a fast food join it took a hour to recieve my food with only 4 vehicles in front of me

Never again will return to this location. I sat in the drive through for 47 minutes (yes I counted). There were about 7 cars in front of me. Every car sat at the window for 10-15 minutes. My baby was screaming in his car seat and I couldn’t even pull out of the drive through. Not their fault but I just don’t understand the wait time. The guy at the window was nice though, maybe they were just short staffed.
