Pizza was good after I cooked it! Y’all hiring cooks?
We asked for extra cheese on our pizzas, but half of the slices seemed to have little to no cheese, and the sauce seemed to be piled up by the crust on each rather than distributed throughout each slice, if that makes sense. It was, however, a Friday night, so hustle and bustle due to the weekend crowds is understandable.
So I order a Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with extra pepperonis, a triple chocolate brownie and 4 drinks for the kids, and did it for delivery. (Didn’t want to drive) Anyways I order at 7:38 pm waiting for the order. I am told it’ll be an hour and I’ll receive it at 8:30pm, no big deal. Well It gets to about 8:45 pm (I give them benefit of the doubt) and I then call the store and get put on hold right away for about 15 minutes. At this point I’m mad and frustrated so I get in my car and drive to the Pizza Hut. Low and behold I’m still on hold and they aren’t busy. The person who put me on hold was answer other phone calls that called recently but not mine. So I go up ask about my order and why it’s taking two hours, because it’s 9:30 at this point. She looks for it and hands me a cold box of pizza and a cold box of desert. I get home open it the pizza is cold and the brown is a cookie. I will not be going here anymore if this is the standard set by this store.
I received my order today January 23rd 2022 I ordered some spicy garlic Wings 8 piece my wings were smothered in sauce. The sauce was almost to the top of the container that they come in which is very unacceptable because I order Pizza Hut all the time and never had a problem with my wings before. If you have ever ordered the wings from Pizza Hut before you know what I'm talkin about. I call the store and talk to a young man and he in turn spoke to his manager. We refuse to eat the wings because we don't know what's in that sauce it looks very nasty, it did not smell like spicy garlic. Please make sure that you check your food everyone. I wish I could attach a picture for you all to see.The Pizza Hut on Clear Creek Road.
On the next order, try to produce quality food. The pizza I received was burnt and definitely did not taste nor look desirable. The breadstucks were not moist quality rather chewy and hard to eat.
Our pizza was cold by the time it arrived, which was around 20 minutes outside the estimated time. Ordering from this restaurant is hit or miss on food quality and timeliness.
Third time in a row with this location. Orderend stuffed crust pepperoni. Took over an hour to get here; wasn't the correct order and stone cold. Last time pizza hut, not paying $30 for your food ever again. Would rather spend $4 for frozen pizza and cook my own.
I ordered a pizza on Dec 5th, 2021. It was right after driving 3 hours from my UTA (Unit Training Assembly) / drill week in San Antonio. We've always made this store our go to place for pizza because the quality never fails and the store is usually fast and efficient. I was told my pizza would be ready at 7:05pm last night (Dec 5th still). I drove to the store at 7:00pm on the dot and ended up waiting until 7:30pm in the drive thru. I called the store because the drive thru pick up was packed with cars and not moving. In the call I was told my pizza was ready and I could just come in to grab it. I go inside and wait another 10 minutes before I'm acknowledged. Loud music was blasting in the kitchen, and the staff was limited yet still just hiding in the kitchen. A cashier finally came out from the kitchen took my card, and went to grab my pizza, but could not find it in the warmer. So not only was I lied to about my pizza being ready let alone made, but I was still charged for it. For a customer who's been with this store for 4 years, this behavior was unacceptable. I've worked in fast food in the past and I 100% understand that rushes on weekends are overwhelming especially with being understaffed, however the unprofessionalism and the lack of responsibility on everyones end was flabbergasting at best and extremely disappointing at worst. I can safely say that I will not be coming back to this store again.
