Ordered pizza at 7:50. ETA was 8:14. 9:00 I call wondering where my pizza is. They delivered it to the wrong house. They made a new one and sent it. Delivery driver left at 9:34 and took a second order first. I didn’t get my pizza until 10:00. Nearly three hours after I placed my order. I then asked for a discount or a refund and they refused. Safe to say I’ll not be ordering from this location anymore!
I like spicy food, especially when it adds more to the food, but the new Spicy pizza, all you can taste is heat and nothing else. I just threw the pizza in the garbage.
If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered over an hour ago and we had to call the store about our delivery TWICE to get them to check in with the driver. At first the guy answering the phone acted like he was going to have to see if they could remake it when we never even got it to begin with. Keep in mind, we only live two turns down the street from this place. Never again. Not to mention we’re still without what we ordered
The speed! I had my pizza order of 4 pizzas, 2 wing orders, Mt. Dew, and Quepapas to me in 35 minutes. It was still too hot to eat!
My order was placed on the ground by delivery driver, instead of being placed on the bench located on my porch that is next to my front door. For sanitary and food temp reasons that made my experience less than perfect.

The pizza was excellent, the time it took for me to get my order was a lil concerning.
I drove over to the restaurant and picked my food up instead of having it delivered because I prefer this location to the one that delivers to my address. I pick up my five pizzas and two of the five pizzas weren’t what I ordered. I called the Pizza Hut and asked for a manager and was denied one twice. The guy I spoke to on the phone was only willing to refund me for one of the pizzas or give me store credit. Neither option aided me in feeding my kids dinner since they don’t eat supreme pizza… The lack of customer service is insane considering the amount I spend at this location over the course of a month
The one time I don’t check my order. Driving home I thought something didn’t smell right. Get home and open the box to find old moldy dough.
Great experience today I called the Pizza Hut on 38th and Rancier at 8:00 to see about delivery time they were overwhelmed Mike told me to call back at 9:00 and ask about carryout pick up times great suggestion I pick up my friend from work at 10:00 I called back at 9:15 over Williams over 200 orders and they were now out of the bonus wings that I requested earlier he gave me his phone number to another store on the other side of town I called place my order go across town picking up on time and was able to get back to pick up my friend from work promptly at 10:00 thank you to all those who work hard to make Pizza Hut enjoyable experience and the food is always awesome
