We ordered boneless chicken wings as a reward in honey barbecue and didn’t get them. We got a pizza that was half pepperoni and half cheese that we didn’t order. Now if the restaurant called me and told me that would have been fine. But we never heard from them , and the guy delivering our food wasn’t really friendly and we didn’t know that he worked for Pizza Hut.
Months ago the service used to be amazing and I’m not sure what happened. Today my husband and I ordered a simple pizza with a drink and some wings on the side. After almost two and a half hours two pizzas show up; one had 3-4 slices eaten out of it and the other which was the one we ordered was cold and dry. They also forgot the soda. I’m only writing this review because if you can save yourself the trouble and make a pizza at home you might as well because the only thing they’ll do for you is give you online credit. Do you really think we want to order again after this?
If i could give zero stars i would. Ordered delivery before 9 pm. Said it would get to my house by 9:56 pm. It’s currently 10:16 and the app still says my pizza is in the oven lol and I’ve called about 10 times and nobody picks up :) horrible service!
I ordered the special 3 topping large pizza to pizza they gave me the the wrong order and then I had to wait 15 more minutes for them to correct and make the new order no I'm sorry no apologize nothing how rude in the worst customer service ever
Hot fresh delicious! Seems to be new management. Food was so good I am going to enroll in Rewards. Driver was very nice. Hut was my best choice for a good dining experience. Thank you Hut!
Was craving mild buffalo wings for the past week and you guys scratched that itch tonight. Thanks. Also discovered my MinPin likes blue cheese dressing, by itself, but he REALLY likes it on pieces of hot wings.
This is the only Hut that'll deliver to my address, yet they are consistently late and the pizza is cold and gross. I think they must hire the worst, most clueless delivery drivers they can possibly come up with. Nobody but Pizza Hut has any difficulty finding this address.
Hi. Although it take an hour it was expected it was late when ordered. ALL in all PIZZA WAS PERFECT HOT GREAT. FIRST TINE AT ANY PIZZA HUT. I EXACTLY. HIW ORDERED IT. WAS GOOD ☺️. COODIS TO . THE CHEF!!!!!
Unprofessional workers that answer the phone. I had to call twice to wait online 15 & 12 mins to be hung up on. I called back for manager and was able to get assistance l. Overall dissatisfied with pizza hut will not order again from here.
Ordered at 4:50pm, did not get my pizza until 6:14. The pizza was gross and not worth the obscene wait
