Just order everything on the menu because it’s all delicious. Amazing smoked ribs! We got brisket and pulled pork too which was also so good I could eat almost a whole pound. The Sauce is top notch and I love finding places that have a “secret bbq sauce” I don’t know what’s in it but I’m hooked. Even all the sides like Mac and cheese / green beans / and the potato salad all taste just like my grandma made it. They Even have real lemonade and sweet tea too. If you are either from the area or just visiting Killeen Texas this place has one got to be the best barbecue spots in town. I’ve had my fair share of BBQ All over Texas and will be coming back here every time I visit this part of Texas.
We went to this establishment tonight. When we walked in was greeted immediately and the staff and owner was very nice and friendly. We ordered the Brady Pack and it was outstanding. We had baby back ribs. Brisket. Sausage and Regular ribs. Along with sides. Cole slaw. Potato salad and Mac and Cheese. Everything was fabulous and the BEST part was you smelled it as soon as you pulled into the restaurant. We will be definitely coming back.
It was good. The baby back ribs where good, and the biscuits were nice and moist with a great smoky taste. The mild sausage was also really good. Also one of my favorite things was that the mac & cheese did not taste like something out of a box/microwaved, it was good mac & cheese. We are definitely going back next time we are craving BBQ.
I've been throwing up ever since about 5pm yesterday it's now 4:01 am now, I ordered a brisket sandwich and tea but at half-way my stomach started hurting and I felt nauseated so I threw it away and left, I didn't feel good at all, when I got there I was feeling fine though. I started throwing up on the way home, and continued to throw up, I still feel nauseated and haven't had anything else, idk, has anyone else gotten sick from the food yesterday?
Oof. Not going here again. The first indication is that it's a BBQ joint you can't smell from the outside. Then you go in and are greeted with the ever-so-friendly 'we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone' sign, which you'll have plenty of time to ponder who it is in 2022 that the owner presumes to hate enough to have that sign while you wait for the worker's to so much as acknowledge your existence. Once they finally do, you'll be informed of all the menu items they don't have and then finally you'll go to the safe zone of ordering Brisket or ribs. You'll wish you hadn't bothered, as the brisket isn't even brisket, it tastes exactly like corned beef. If this were my first experience ordering Brisket, I would never have tried it again in my life. This place is all-around awful and was not worth the tiny amount paid.
I would not recommend this as a good BBQ. Racist sign at a counter combined with rude attitude. Save your money, eat anywhere else. There is no hope for this place. The food was tasteless. We will not be going back.
Flavor was fantastic. Just wish the chopped beef was more chopped. But that's not stopping me from eating there again.

Brisket seemed steamed and tough. Chicken was dry. Mac and cheese was Velveeta from a box. Sausage was good. Collards and green beans were excellent. But I didn't come for sides. I should've known better when I walked in and the place was empty...
Great BBQ, but the Banana pudding is out of this world.Stop by and get you some Banana pudding, I promise you will go back for 2nd.
