Delivered to wrong address. Checked receipt and it showed that I placed the correct address. I called a few times. They answered than hung the phone up. Shortly after, they closed. To bad. Great customer service papa johns. Really enjoyed tipping and paying for a freezing cold meal that was brought to me by my very kind neighbor. Again, good job. Maybe next time, try using google maps for directions? Or don’t bother advertising a service that you can not provide.
Shelby was my delivery driver an she was great. Told me how to reheat my pizza left overs.
Pizza has been cold , sauces have been cold , the wings barley have any sauce on them and they taste like water . Honestly papa johns usually is GREAT however the last two times I tried they have it been that good . Last time I just went I picked it up , the time before last I got delivery , when the lady came to deliver my pizza she was talking on the phone and in a great sweat suit , and my food wasn’t even in a bag they use to keep the food hot . She handed me my food while she was on the phone and walked away . No hello no are you Alexis no nothing . I opened the door she was talking on the phone and just left . I would understand if it was door dash but she was a actual delivery girl from papa Johns just unprofessional . When I went inside for my last order everyone was in regular clothes sweat suits and no gloves being worn . Just not a good look the way everyone was acting and dressed .

Hit or miss depending on who's making your pizza; sometimes it's hot, sometimes its not. Either way, they're quick and you know what you're gonna get before you get it. Definitely use their reward system if you order there often, free pizza for every $75 you use.
First of all, they messed up the first order, brought us someone else’s order. The delivery person said that is what they were handed, so it was definitely not the delivery person’s fault. Finally got the correct order an hour later (not bad) but it was supposed to be like a gift type thing, where you type out something for the receiver. It sent the text and email out about that they got a gift and a message with it, but there was no message like it was planned. So that’s real nice.
If I could give zero stars I would, customer service is garbage, I went in there 12/03/ 2021 with my kids, around 7:45, the black guy at the register ask if I'm there to pick up or place an order, I told him to place an order, he got upset and started shaking his head as if I was bothering him, so I walked out and I will never support this business again and I will make sure my friends and family doesn't either, don't like your job quit and find another.
Update: It took them over TWO hours to deliver cold food to my front step. Will not order from this place again. Severely disappointed.Original post: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered for delivery over a hour and a half ago and was told it'd be here in 50-60 minutes. No status update on the tracker after the 30 minute mark and the phone systems provided no updates. DO NOT ORDER HERE! WASTE OF TIME!
Yall have the best pizza but pleaseeee if we check leave it at the door box please leave it at the door. Take a pic if yall want proof you delivered. Yall stand knocking at the door, ringing bells, waking up my kids right when I've got them down lol. Please read the delivery instructions ??
