I’m obsessed with bread. Especially Bagels and I’ve got to try Panera’s Bagels for the first time and you get a choice of cream cheese ☺️ Im not sure if I was just super hungry but the experience was amazing ! ?? I definitely recommend 10/10

Not a place I would frequent often.First, it's hard to get in and out of safely with a vehicle due to location and ingress/egress options. Really could have been either deigned better or relocated to a more suitable location.Service took longer than it should for just getting a cup of coffee even though there was only one other customer at the counter.Coffee was tepid instead of hot. Limited choices in air-pots and all were of the same temperature. Had to microwave the coffee to make it suitable.Honestly, the next time I want coffee, I'd go to a Circle K store, get better coffee, hotter coffee, fresher coffee and pay about half the price.A big name coffee entreprenuer once said people say he's in the coffee business serving people but he says he's in the people business serving coffee.I'd like to borrow that but change it around a bit for Panera.I say Panera is in business to make money while people serve themselves.

I was so happy when they built Pamera bread here in Killeen. My favorite soup is the Autumn squash but it's seasonal ?. The atmosphere has always been comforting especially with a bread bowl of wild rice and chicken soup. I'm usually excited for the new soups they bring, but this time they missed the mark with the Thai chicken soup, it was okay but not what I expected at all, to much curry and not enough flavor. It could have just been the person cooking it that night, maybe it does taste good? That might be the one to take off the menu and replace it with something more appetizing. I love the green tea drink, it has the perfect amount of sweet to it without being overly sweet. It's good if you mix it with the other drinks as well. Love the pastries as always but each location has something different, I love the chocolate cookie/muffin top. It's pretty big but soft and not to many chocolate chips. The only thing I can say that they need to stop is giving that 30 yr.old salt biscuit, bottom of the heel, crusty, inedible, feels like leather, piece of bread that comes with your meal. Even soaking it in your soup does no good! They could improve the kids menu, it is like most kid menus, lackluster at best in theor choices of edible foods. Word of caution don't get duped by the pick 2 deal, to feed a family of 3 cost over $40 so if you are planning on taking the family, be prepared to spend over $40. Overall, Panera is still a great place to get a good meal, especially on cold days or nights, where a bowl of soup is warranted. Also, check out their kids pastry chef program where they take a group of kids to see how the bread is made and at the end they actually get to make a pastry, it is very interactive and they get a little apron and chef hat.

Good food and Service. Not sure what I ordered because the menu letters were the smallest I've ever seen. Design Fail.

So maybe the cashier was having a bad morning or something. Walked into Panera Bread here in Killeen, TX to place an order and no cashier was presented. I waited about 3 minutes and other representative walked behind and greeted me. I waited some more and at the five mins mark I proceeded to find a representative. I approached with a good morning is there a cashier up front? This lady replied, yes that is me. I need to place an order and I have been waiting for about five minutes. She replied okay, I am busy doing something with a head gesture to her hands and we have kiosk machine. I replied oh okay that is how it goes and walk back up front. This representative did not come to the front for another 4 minutes. I let her know: if I wanted to use the kiosk I would and the kiosk do not take cash. Hence the reason for me needing a real person to take my order. No apologies just an okay with a I don't care look and tone.

every things was delicious

Good food (breakfast/lunch). Good regular coffee. Love the pastries...kitchen sink is a favorite. Everything though is way OVER priced!

Service was a 4/10 at best. Drink tasted like a cup of syrup. Compared to price the products are not worth it.Gave it a try but i will stick with Starbucks. meal pictured costs $13.29

Loved the broccoli cheddar soup and turkey 1/2 sandwich. Hot tea and cherry/cheese Danish for home. And did I say they were fast?
