The wait staff was nice. Place was clean. Food was great. No hassle ordering kiosk at the table. Would bring big groups. Kid friendly.
I came in with my husband for lunch and the service was significantly better than we expected. The interior was very upscale compared to our usual location in Waco and every employee had a bright smile. The manager also was walking around checking in on everyone and was very courteous. The service was really fast and the food was hot when we received it, which we haven't seen since COVID-19 started. Excellent experience today, good work and thank you!
If you LOVE pasta, then this is a great place for you. Me, not so much. ? But it's pretty good food, and decent service.I feel like they've narrowed down their menu too much since I last visited.
I do not understand this franchise.The quality of an Italian dish is all in the noodle. If done right you can just add a little bit of butter and salt and the plate is delicious on its own. This is not that at all. But it is priced as if they were making a decent Italian plate? If your good with some microwave 'just add water' noodles and sauce dumped from a can and heated up for 20$ you may enjoy this place.Ignoring the quality of their main dishes everything else is very nice. I like the ambiance and the employees are very nice. The drinks and deserts are great so I would highly recommend it as a place to socialize. Their soups and salads are also decent for the price.While I don't understand why people are so willing to pay that much for microwave pasta to each their own. If nothing else you can say because the noodles are heated up and the sauce comes from a can the quality control is very consistent so you will know exactly what you are getting when you order.
Typical Olive Garden - it's a chain so there's that. I've never had bad service the handful of sporadic times my family and I have been here. It's always a safe better. Obviously, some service has been better than others at times. But I can't think of a time I had any true complaints. The food is always consistent. The restaurant is always fairly clean.
It was a Sunday evening around 6:30. Place was packed and hopping. We both had the all you can eat soup, salad and breadsticks which was absolutely delicious only $9.99 Per person and a couple of drinks. Very pleasant and enjoyed ourselves Without breaking the bank?
We first visited the Italian food restaurant Olive Garden back in 2006 when we first came to visit the United States. We were invited to this restaurant by our good friend and we liked this restaurant. And now, many years later, we are here again and have not regretted it. We were served by a very friendly waiter Cody who recommended dishes to us. Cody worked very quickly and before we had time to look around, the food was already on the table! The food was excellent, delicious, fresh and juicy! we liked absolutely everything: soups, salad, calamari and shrimps. We really enjoyed the food! Thank you very much to the chefs of the restaurant Olive Garden for the deliciously prepared Food and special thanks to Cody! Cody, you are the best!
Best service I've ever had at an Olive Garden! All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. Our waitress provided excellent service and I'll definitely be back and recommend this location to others.
Everything they serve here is fresh and always delicious! Although the salad could use less dressing, I mean our lettuce as swimming in it lolAlso, the front lady had to be reminded that there was a check in system that uses text message, kind of awkward having to remind her
Place was nicely filled, this helped with the ambiance. Our wait was not long at all they said 25 minutes but we got seated after 10 minutes with the place being filled. Food came out hot and fresh and best of all it came out quick. Our waitress Alejandra was very polite and gave refills on drink without us having to ask, she also was very helpful and answered all of our questions that we had. Highly satisfied, would recommend, will come back again.
