I would give this place a 5 star rating but some of the staff was extremely rude while we were trying to eat. For example, while we are eating one of the workers kept sweeping around us when she could have been on the other side or wait for us to finish our meal. The time was 8:30pm and she was sweeping so close to me that she hit my chair with the broom. I have never experienced this type of service before so I'm very disappointed with this experience. It is 8:57pm and I've been in the parking lot writing this because I am very upset I was not able to enjoy the meal I paid for.
Do not come here, the women working are illiterate and rude. Asked for a simple 5 $25.99 deal for each of my family members. The women couldn't even manage that and over charged us. Another woman comes with a nasty attitude when they're the ones who messed up. Says they need to recharge us to refund the $25.99 so we'd be out close to $300 until it refunds. It was dead in there and there was no excuse for the attitude or confusion. We walked right out of there, there's no way we're going to be treated like trash when we're about to spend $140 for bad pizza and games.
Food was decent but save your money on the games. They don't give you the proper amount of tickets and even with evidence and acknowledgment of having hit a jackpot or of the correct amount you are entitled to, they refuse to make it right and expect you to take what they accept. We walked out with nothing because we didn't feel like what we were being offered was fair however we do have plans on pursuing having it made right.
Everytime we go here the atmosphere is friendly and the service too. But the food is Excellent !! For the money you get a ton of value and excellent quality food here!! Something for Everyone! Pizza, pasta, deserts, drinks, salads, and it's All you can eat and yummy !! Now to the Beautiful Red hair woman making the Pizza and food, YOU ROCK GIRL!! A master at making it ALL!!,ALWAYS fresh and tasty as good if not better than any other chain plus its all you can eat and in these times with gas and everything so high it's very important to find quality and value, plus games!! A no brainer here for sure!! Of course we'll be back soon once a week if not more!! Thanks again to The Beautiful Red Head AND all the Staff here!! Grandkids loved it salad bar is included in your price also all you can eat, you can order a special pizza delivered to your table. We will be back!!! Better deal than chuck cheese !!!!
I only recommend going on Tuesdays when you get double the tokens/points for your money. Other than that, I don't take my kids often. The food is ok, but it depends on when you go and when they put out fresh pizza's. The last couple time's I've gone my favorite games were down and many others took points away, then didn't work. It's nice to go every now and then on a Tuesday but it's nothing super great.
We stopped in Mr. Gatti's after church yesterday. Food was hot and fresh. Salads were fresh and had much variety. Kid friendly, had to try out their arcade.
Very nice alternative to Chuck E Cheeses for a Child's birthday party or a day out with the kids.Nice large clean facility. Lots of arcade games.The cost of the all you can eat buffet was a good deal.There is also a patio dining area.This was our first time visiting Mr.. Gatti's. Children had a good time. We will be back.
Nice place to take kids, and for birthday parties.
Kids love it pizza and games cant get any simpler than that
