Always enjoy coming here as my family can get what they each want rather than compromising on toppings. Today there was a very energetic and happy man behind the counter that really made our experience awesome. The lady on the line with him was not as pleasant though. She rolled her eyes and seemed to be the type that crushes morale.Overall five stars, but if someone is having fun and enjoying their work day and making the customer experience better don't ruin it with your poor attitude.
The food is good. Except the time we found a hair in the food. The young lady who prepared the food for us had her hair down and nothing holding it back. She proceeded to want to see the hair to confirm it’s was hers or not.. when they asked her to remake the food she got upset. I’ve been here a few times and the last few, the experience was way below average. Gave it another shot cause the food is genuinely good but the attitude and the mean looks you get from the associates isn’t worth it. Come in AGAIN for Mother’s Day and the manager is sitting on her laptop talking to friends and only got up to make them food. After the line was already at the door. Not only that I heard her mention she was over on hours and no one got breaks the day before…. I’m sorry whaaaaat?? Pretty sure it’s illegal I’d know since I manage a store myself. How are you over hours but don’t give your associates a break? Makes zero sense.
I’ve been to MOD pizza around the country- this one is not well managed- a lot of employees walking and standing around, some talking on their cell phones. It was not clean and the topping bins were empty. I asked for sausage and noticed 8 bits of sausage left in the bin and that’s all he put on my pie. I asked for mushrooms and I saw 4 left. He crumbled them up and put it on top. I asked for more sausage and mushrooms and he appeared frustrated with me. The experience got progressively worse. Not gonna waste anymore time explaining. I left a 10 spot as a tip and walked out- I got to the hotel with the order one was burnt the other was doughy- they need help and new leadership. Exposed hair - no gloves - dirty floor- unsanitary- needs new management- leadership issues and a whole lot of I just work here attitude-
Calling in is usually on point. However the last three orders have been extremely late. That’s not the bad part. The bad part is people in the lobby are placing their orders and getting it before me. Someone needs to do a better job managing the workers. While it’s good quickly can be replaced.
Hit & miss. Unfortunately, this is the only pizza place in town that offers plant-based meat. Otherwise, I'd skip.Order online at your own risk & make sure you check your pie before you leave. Idk sometimes its good, sometimes not.
I'm not sure what happened to Mod Pizza in Killeen, Tx customer service or pizza, but after what I saw and experienced today, I won't be going back anytime soon, that's for sure. It was a mess. First of all, when me and my family walked in the door all we could see was hair, lots of it (see pic). Not one employee had a hair net on. We started to leave, but we like the pizza, but feared hair in our pizza, which was proven with the first bite into my wife's pizza, yuck!. Secondly, we ordered 3 Mod Pizzas at the same time, but got them approximately 5 minutes apart. One employee told another the pizzas are all out of order as she called my name then asked me what I ordered, so I told her and it wasn't correct so she found mine and slid it out of one box into the correct box breaking the pizza all apart. The employee attempted to put it back together with her gloveless fingers until corrected by another gloveless employee. I hope management sees this and corrects this problem so I can return to eating good pizza.
Has to be the worst MOD Pizza ever. We waited 5-10 minutes while they held side convos. Love the ladies' hair but that huge beautiful afro & those uncovered braids & his hair out under his cap, were just unsanitary. The floors were gross! I snuck & took pics which actually make it look better than it was. But you get the picture. ? They even had a pile of cardboard boxes sitting on a table outside of their working area. Just sitting out there to be sneezed on & contaminated. All in all, this place needs to be inspected immediately.
My favorite pizza place. You can add anything you want for toppings so I just load it up. The staff is super nice and friendly. Highly recommend it.
I needed a quick bite between meetings, and I was super pleased. The food was savory and well worth the price. I ordered the Greek salad and Margherita pizza. Total YUM!
I am extremely dissatisfied with my pizza delivery this evening, December 24, 2021. First of all the large pizza had only one pepperoni per slice! Attached is a picture of the small pizza. The crust was the consistency of a cracker! I was not able to identify all the ingredients I ordered. This is my first delivery order with your establishment. This leads me to believe I must be on site to receive quality pizza.
