Normally I wouldn't have anything bad to say, but... last night was the worst and I repeat the WORST experience I've had dealing with this McDonald's. Granted it was at night right after a majority of the Vets and military here got paid last night, it took us about 45 to almost an hour to get our food, my food was cold, and when reaching the window to get our food, they didn't have my sons food in the bag. Let me also mention we order ahead on the app! I hope you guys can get it together a little bit better and I hope thing can move smoother.
The girl that tried to take my order at the drive thru, did not know what she was doing. I asked for two spicy chicken sandwiches, and she asked me what sauce I wanted. I told her I don’t want any sauce for a chicken sandwich. She put down a happy meal for my order. I told her no, that’s not what I wanted. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t change it from happy meal to what I asked for. So I just drove off. Worst service I’ve ever received.
Apparently they don’t take credit card. Cash only. They couldn’t tell me that over the speaker while taking my order. Seems pretty shady.Plus the lady was cleaning stuff up and didn’t have the decency to wash her hands before coming back to the window… seems pretty gross considering you handle people’s food. Definitely letting corporate know. :)
It's the best one I've been to here in Killeen Texas. The Manger that be there in the day, the older black lady makes sure that you get your order and is very customer friendly. I think she a general manager, but she knows how to run a business. She corrected couple of her employees one day when they were in the wrong. It was my order, I asked for some fresh nuggets and they terrier to slip me some that wasn't fresh or the fryer. Haven't had a problem since then and I go there at least twice a week.
I had to do a last minute very big order. Everyone was really nice and didn't treat me like a burden. Plus, the inside is crazy clean and nicely remodeled. Thank you everyone at McDonald's Clear Creek!
Came in for some breakfast and I asked for an unsweet tea. Girl tells me they're out of tea and soda! So I got an orange juice and had to pay for it on top of my combo. How are you out of all drinks and then make a customer pay for another drink when that's pretty much all you have? Also, girl at 2nd window has zero customer service skills. Handed me my stuff and quickly shut the window. This location used to be my favorite because the people were nice but lately it's been horrible.
So I was asked 2 times to verify my order. But instead of getting a Triple Cheeseburger.. I got a double.. I'm not sure if this is done intentionally to make more money or staff just don't care or know the difference between Double or Triple . Wendys across the street did the same thing and I no longer go there. Hmmm.
I had a big order on a busy Sunday morning.I waited for 20 minutes in line and eventually at the 3rd window, and received food that was luke warm. My biscuits had the texture of over microwaved bread. The edges were that hard chewy texture.The sausage and hash browns were actual good and fresh, but not hot.
This place is horrible. Service and food are always wrong. When you call the customer number, they don't do anything to fix it. Call before you want a frap or ice cream, it's always down. And they always say Cash only around 10 pm ish. Just all together garbage.
Was waiting for awhile for my food.The lady called everyone else however not mine so had no way of knowing it was done. Went to see what the hold up was and the lady calling out orders said we only get our food if we're standing by the counter. She also tried to give my food to someone else and ignored me when I kept asking for my food, the cashier had to get it. Not only was the worker rude but the food is dry. I will not be back to that one.
