went through drive through and the workers had a nasty attitude, when i received my food there was a clump of hair in the inside, which is absolutely disgusting!! I went inside to complain and the work area was nasty they had dirt and hair everywhere, all over the cook area it’s disgusting, I don’t recommend going here unless you want hair in your food.
This is the ONLY MCDONALDS that does not accommodate Door Dasher or Uber orders. After 8 when they close the lobby they expect customer who have already paid for orders to have their pick ups delayed by as much of 35-40 minutes while they have to wait in a line wrapped around the store. Please do not order from this restaurant. You won’t ever get any dashers to pick up after 8 when the lobby is closed.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went here today and they got my order wrong. I ordered 2 simple things, not even a full meal, and it was still wrong. I’ve been to this McDonald’s a handful of times and every single time I’ve went, they give me something completely different than what I asked for. The workers are rude as hell, and it’s always dirty. Im always given some kind of attitude. I’m not coming back to this one. The one by Canes is much better.
I've never known McDonald's to be as expensive as other fast food restaurants. They were the one place we would go to on a budget. Now a combo is almost $9!!!
Went through drive through, desperately needed to use the bathroom. Staff refused to allow a paying customer to use the restroom and sent me to Starbucks across the street. I asked for a manager and waited for 15 minutes. Should have peed before waiting for any type of costumer service from this place. Instead of bringing a manager the staff just ignored me standing at the door.Addition: I called after I found a bathroom and asked to speak with a manager. As soon as I did I heard the person who answered the phone say: “I think it’s the guy that was at the door…” the manager picks up. I explained the situation, she said “I was not made aware of it. I will speak to my staff” I just heard them talking about it and she knew exactly what was going on! I called her out on the fact that they didn’t mute the phone and I heard their conversation in which she was clearly away and she denied she knew anything about it!
Block the double drive through, 5 simple cones will fix your issues. I know you can't get rid of them until corporate does but fix your line cutting issues.

Ordered filet o fish fries and sweet tea. I LOVE when they steam the bun like they are supposed to. Kudos McDonald's. The food was hot fresh and good. I was a little concerned.
I have the worst experience a this McDonald's. At first the cashier handed me my kids meal then did not know where my chicken sandwich was, omg. Then she walk away and brought me a bag, My chicken sandwich looks like the veggies was thrown together in the rush and the sauce all over the place. I worked previously as a AGM for fast food restaurant but this was the worst sandwich I saw in my life. When I drove my kids started complaining that they are missing apple slices in 3 of my kids meals. I am giving one star because the lady that took the order was nice. I will never go to this place ever again.
Quick and friendly. was needing to go in, lobby was closed though.
