No onions definitely meant please put extra..your drive thru customer services skills are horrid I pulled in to the wrong lane obliviously the other cars that pulled up after me I watched as they go thru the other lane, there order took and counted 3 cars move thru the line that pulled up after me the young lady started to take my order then told me to hold on after she informed me they do not sell 40 piece chicken nuggets and continued to say is that it after every item I ordered I know nothing will change but yet here I am spending 50$ every couple of days to be angry every time I order ? sincerely a disappointed lifelong customer.
They consistently never have strawberry cream pies. Not a single time I’ve ordered they were available. I just don’t see how they could run out every single time I decide to visit the McDonald’s right by my house. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day.The managers or corporate really needs to do something about this.
Mobile ordered a McFlurry & apple pies for my husband & I and he went to pick it up so I could stay home with the kids. He got there and gave the guy at the drive thru the order number and the guy had him pull forward. He waited about 7 minutes before someone came, asked what the order was (very rudely), and gave the same old “our ice cream machine is down”. I specifically chose the location because it showed the ice cream as an AVAILABLE item to order on the app. Then to top it off when my husband asked for the money back they had the audacity to almost not give it because he didn’t have my card when it was their error as to why we couldn’t get what we ordered.
I go here often and usually order the caramel frappuccino, it tastes amazing and I have no complaints on that. But today I went with my mother and ordered it and i'm sure I made no mistake on its name. We drove up and instead we got a hot cappuccino. My mother was nice enough to keep the cappuccino and just order another frappe since she didn't want to waste. She checked back to make sure that they were making the right thing but they just made the same thing again. we just corrected the lady making our order and she went to get someone else whom i'm guessing is the manager. we ended up getting the right drink but my mother said that she heard the lady taking our order tell the manager that we said we wanted the cappuccino, then said we wanted another one, and then now changing our order last second which is completely false. I repeated the order multiple times and nowhere in any of my sentences did I mention a cappuccino. I don't want to sound harsh or anything, just upset that they lied and made us look bad.
The manager at this time of the day (5-6pm) seems young but has a very rude attitude doors were locked hours before closing with not one note on the door letting customers know “Hey we are closed on the inside please use drive thru” a worker tried to help me due to me only being there to pick up 2 orders for door dash she wouldn’t allow him to bring me the orders or nothing to help make the day faster plus they are very under staffed and I’m pretty sure having a rude manager will make anyone not want to work there I even asked nice twice after she said our lobby is closed I didn’t even get a “Hi welcome to McDonald’s” twice she said “Our lobby closed” not sorry you’ll have to go they the drive thru due to our lobby being closed” she didn’t want to hear anything I had say and all I was asking was hey I’m here for doordash could I get the orders and once I heard our lobby closed I also said well I’m inside now and y’all line is very long do you mind letting me get the orders I even showed proof but instead there again “Our Lobby is Closed” nowhere did it say on the building that the inside was closed I would have went to the line instead like I had to anyway it’s the fact how rude I was handled by a manager because she’s having a bad day
RUN! DON’T BOTHER COMING TO THIS PLACE!I’ve been to this place many times because it’s closest to where I live but I think after today I will never go here again. OF ALL THE McDONALDS IN KILLEEN, THIS IS THE WORST ONE! Almost everyone here is just so unprofessional. Today I pulled up, waited to be created, kept saying hello, after a few minutes they responded saying “one second” so I waited a couple more minutes. Meanwhile 2 cars pull up on the other lane, got greater and orders taken right away while I’ve been sitting there for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The other time, the person taking my order was so rude and actually yelled at me. And lastly, on another occasion, I pulled up to the window only to hear the workers inside yelling at each other and arguing in front of all the customers.
We came here this morning with an issue with Arc Mobile order and the two ladies working that shift we're absolutely amazing! They made sure that we got taken care of, our food was hot, and everything was up to par, definitely recommend to anyone in Killeen!
Today was excellent. I had to change my order on the 1st window, no problem. At the pick up window , I asked her for 1/2 Coke and 1/2 Sprite , no problem . All employees were smiling and in a good mood.Thanks a bunch ????
As you can see from the picture below it shows 2 Sprites (Both are flat). What I ordered was 2 chocolate shakes. This happens Every-time I order from this McDonalds, they mess something up. But this is just crazy. Their milkshakes are $4 something each and I wasn’t even contacted about either them not having it or anything. They let my Dasher take the order and bring it to me this way. Would not recommend this McDonalds to anyone.
McDonald's food is McDonald's food. When ya crave it, you're gonna get it. Service usually always sucks at McDonald's and it doesn't matter which one we go to... the workers ain't know how to get your order right. Sometimes you actually get those hard workers though and makes everything better!
