In general i do like McDonald's, but this one in particular cause much more than just disdain within me for the brand. Each time that I have gotten food from them its never correct and when you attempt to get your order correct the staff act like it is your fault that THEY got your order wrong. Gripping complaining huffing and sighing like you, THE CUSTOMER(THE ONE PAYING THEIR BILLS), did something wrong. Once you get the supposed CORRECTED order back, it is still wrong and worse than before. The only reason they get two stars is for the fact that I once worked for the brand and know the good that is their, but as they say "one bad apple".
Been in line for a really long time. Watched the other lanes orders get taken way before mine. Cars that weren't even in line when I was had their orders taken before mine. Watched many people in front of me drive off because of this.There's either something wrong with the drive thru speakers, or the workers aren't doing a proper job of alternating lanes.
Block the double drive through, 5 simple cones will fix your issues. I know you can't get rid of them until corporate does but fix your line cutting issues.
I really don't eat that stuff but my kids do but the prizes increased plus I see they don't fill the fries up .then the basket of fries is basically the same as a lg fries ,we tested it .most.of time fries taste old plus they just slap the burgers together looks tasteless and the ppl are not friendly. They really need to.learn ppl.skills told my.kids we gonna start going to burger king...
Went to McDonald’s to get a quick meal for my Dad and brother. The food came out fast and had no problem with the service from any employee, yet the drink machines had no ice in them and the nozzles would get stuck open. As I was leaving I had my order in the smallest bag they could fit it in so as I walk 5 feet out the door the entire bag splits spilling all my food onto the pavement. No big deal I went back in to have the food replaced because they stuffed it in a bag that was too small, but then the manager wanted to argue with me and only replace a few items because they couldn’t see the other items on the ground (someone stole them off the ground before she could come look) I had to repeat to her how ridiculous it is that she wouldn’t remake my entire order as it was their fault for stuffing an order of this size into one small bag. I honestly wouldn’t of had a problem with my service if it wasn’t for the management. The employee that served me was nice and didn’t do anything wrong (just want to clarify that way this review isn’t used against anyone but the person that deserves it) this happened around 4:30 pm today.
If you come anytime after 12 you will wait in the drive-thru for more then 15 mins when your the only car on top of that you will pull up to the window and no one wants to show up to it expecting you to leaveThis was on 10 Jan 2022 I'f any owner is reading this at 0238am
Taste of the food was ok, but they still got my order wrong after repeating it (at the inside register) more than 5 times! It would have been better if it was made correctly.
Service & quality is definitely going down since we first moved to Killeen in 2018. They used to be real generous with the fries. This basket of fries was more like a medium. The service has gotten slower. Also been told they have pests infestation that they do nothing to fix. Do better y’all.
This McDonald's has a health sanitation issue. Yesterday my burger had 'A Lot' of hair in it that I actually chewed on. YUCK! Not to mention head lice, Covid, and who knows what else that hair pick up. When I went back for my refund and asked about hair protection the young lady said McDonald's wasn't required to wear head/hair protection. From experience I thought anyone handling others food had to wear some type of hair protection not to mention a massive chain as McDonald's saying they're not required. I was throwing up and up and every time I think about it, I get nauseated. Now, if I have to go to the Doctor for this sickness, I doubt no hair protection McDonald's is going to foot the bill. Instead of an apology the young lady act more upset that I came back for a refund then she was about all that nasty hair in my food. I'm reporting this McDonald's to the Health Department. Eat there at your own risk. Disgusting!
Food was not wrapped at all in the bag, and one of the Caucasian males with black hair had unbelievable attitude with me at the drive thru and not sure why. This was at 04:30 am if that helps point out who it was.Other than that, everyone else is very pleasant and aways get great service. Pretty quick during rush and rarely mess up orders.
