The young lady that worked the drive thru 1st window had good customer service. They always forget to put items in the bag such as sauce when you order nuggets and they seem to have a hard time remembering orders and getting them accurate at the 2nd window.
Stopped by for fries, nuggets, and burgers. The fries is not crispy and looks different from others. The fish sandwich sause was placed at the edge so most just left on the side of the box making the sandwich dry. The nuggets are over fried so it is dry on the inside.
Drive through only. It takes over 7 minutes for a coffee, sausage Mcmuffin , and a hashbrown. When asking the lady what was taking so long, she informed me I could take an application. I told her no. I was already running behind to my job. She then told me not to come back.I went to this McDonald's for 3 days a week almost for 2 months. Service was always bad and slow.
OMG this is my experience a big line of cars cannot go into the lobby lockdown..m. and again this is a winner so I'm standing outside with my pregnant wife waiting on an order that I ordered online 15minutes prior..... So I go there's no walking through the car Lane drive-thru... The lobbies closed they will not open the doors for anybody.... And this was around 9:00 so I'm freezing out there standing in line at where the car's drive through and the second window third window and people are passing bypassing bypassing by no order no order and all that water was a coffee a fountain drink and a big thing of fries... It never came not only that they had me and my wife weighed out there for 15 minutes on or if they knew it wasn't coming took my card and her card act like they didn't work and sent us on our way with no food or drink....Walked all the way to 7-Eleven which wasn't even half a mile away both cars worked we got our food and drink from there... So whatever was on these workers' minds I don't like this McDonald's I don't recommend it go to another one if you can it's too busy packed and staff are kind of rude shouldn't be like this....
Ended up with food poisoning. The food tasted weird. My 2 year old has been puking for 2 days since eating here.
They really have to stop using so much salt on the fries.the buns need to keep covered so they don't dry out they are hard on one side or the other. They need to do better.
Check your food before eating it!I ordered the Big Breakfast, pulled into the parking lot to eat and thankfully I checked before eating and there were about 5 human hairs in my eggs. I immediately found the trash and tossed it out!The city needs to inspect this dump!
If there was a 0 star rating for this review I would have selected it. Restaurant #7193 in killeen Texas has one of the worst Managers ever hired, her customer service was HORRIBLE... Her name starts with an A and ends with a X. Ordering our meals we simple asked to have the orders put in separate bags, she said that they put extra bags inside of the other bag so we can separate them ourselves.... maybe she thought I worked there. I simply told her to give me a refund and she can keep her bags. We went across the street to Taqueria Mexico where they didn't have an issue with our request. I'm sure that the Franchise owner would love to learn that she lost them Food, bags, customers and Money for her lazy and rude act.
The line wasn't too bad. Customer service was good. So, I ordered a small caramel frappuccino and small cheese burger and they both were yummy.
food is always old never ftesh even when you ask ive been there 4 times everutime its trash i dont even eat mcdonald anymore cause of this store
