A while ago I used their mobile app to order food to be picked up at the Rancer location. When I got theee the girl at the window said the charge to my card came up pending. That is something I'm used to seeing but she wouldn't except it so I just went ahead and paid with cash. a few days later i used the app but this time I picked up at at the fort hood st. Location. When I told them my info i was handed my receipt I looked at it and the charg to my card said pending.. this reminded me of the charg on rancer so I checked my account and sure enough the charg that was pending had posted, the same charge i gave them cash for.i tried contacting someone using the app but no Human was i able to reach i was upset about this but I'm not going to take it out on the next persion i encounter who workes there.. i just wrote it off as a loss.. now today I I went to the rancer store and ordered a sussage and egg micmuff and without cheese..I get my order go home take it out the bag and find a eag and ham on a biscket. So my personal experience with the McDonald's on rancher has been ugltYou can tell I was in the mood to vent lol
MOST DISREPSECTFUL EMPLOYEESS. Gave me a 6 count nugget container full of pickles instead of nuggets that was for MY CHILD . Never again.
So I ordered a sprite from here and when I got it it tasted like bleach I thought it was me until my husband tried it and said the same!! This is a McDonald's I'll never go to as well the workers are so rude!!!! Really need to sanitize your equipment better ?
Super slow at night it can be only 3 cars and yet the line will still be moving slow as hell if you don’t wanna work FAST FOOD don’t apply it’s ppl who need jobs and would love to have your spot either shine for your company or place of employment or get out the way your making the business look very bad
Very clean inside. Very busy and crew was a little slow with taking orders. Overall good customer service and delivery of my order
They are the absolute worst it took them 15mins on hold at the speaker box just to pick up a mobile order then spent another 10mins to come to the window just to give me my drink they are extremely slow and unorganized if I could give them 0 stars I would
At 630 am everything . breakfast should be hot off the grill..nothing should be premade but biscuit..hash browns cold ..eggs cold.. sausage cold
McDonald's is iffy sometimes. Sometimes they are good sometimes they are not so good. It seems like they always have new people except for the one manager that I usually see and she's really awesome sometimes they mess up on my order and sometimes they get it perfect. I have a large family so I get it as hard to remember but you do have a receipt. But that is okay because when I bring it back they always help me the way that I should be helped. I've never had anyone be rude to me. That's why I am writing them three out of five. Cuz it is more good than bad.
I don't like the double drive through areas because another car drove up after I had been sitting there for 5 minutes and they took the order before mine and when I asked them they was just like oh I don't know and didn't worry about it just kept taking his order..
I just left there, I ordered 2 happy meals and 2 mcdoubles.. Ive been here THREE times... I don't understand why EACH time I come here to get a happy meal for my kids yall leave something out of their box... The first time yall forgot the NUGGETS- I called and went back & you made it right, the second time they didn't have toys in the boxes (the disappointment was real w/the kids), this time I chose apple slices instead of *extra* fries, and I got NO fries at all. I can't get behind constantly having to pay so much for you guys to leave out parts of the meals. I know SOMEONE is supposed to be checking the food before it leaves to make sure it's right, but clearly no one is doing it.. It feels like you keep ripping people off.
