Never got any hot and ready. Person ahead of me has wait time of 30min. Than mine turns into 1 hr. Do not recommend. Should have went to domino's.
Ordered delivery. Delivery driver can’t get on post and just cancel order no explanation nothing. Can’t deliver on post. Can’t customer service the issue. I have to call an 800 number and get my own refund. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The manager was clueless and no help. Door dash is the delivery service.
I started coming to this little Caesar's after "my store" awas found to have roaches inside their pizza's. (Gross I know) and the issue continued from pics and posts people were sharing on FB and on Nextdoor?. And I tell you what, this was the best change EVER!! Now we did have a bumpy start.. I cant have all that pizza sauce it makes me sick to be polite..?? and I kept getting all that sauce ??? BUT FINALLY... someone in the great pizza lands heard my crys ? and let me tell you... Everytime we go.. We get the perfect pizza.. The dough is always soft and fresh.. Feels and tastes lile it has been proofed perfectly.. And you can tell that it is fresh, not old like the other store, always hard never soft.. I wish I had been coming here sooner.. But I do have to tell you that years ago we came here and the pizza was not this wonderful.. We are now regulars at this stores...
Foods fresh, but don't order extra most bestest, they out barely any pepperoni on here
People should know that this Little Caesars has great customer service I called them on the phone to place an order around 9:00 and I know they close at 10:00 but when I called I was greeted very kindly and I asked if it was still all right to order it even though it was 9:00 the kind gentleman I wish I knew his name said yes you can order I asked him not even though I knew the place closed at 10:00 it's because the Little Caesars on Indian trail and on rancier I give you attitude and don't want to really take orders at that time I've been pushed away and told they are no longer taking orders several times I've tried to call them and place an order I keep using them because they are most convenient for my location but honestly with how great Little Caesars was on clear Creek I will go out of my way just to order my pizza from them they are very great again with customer service today is December 8th and I ordered again at 9:00 at night so whoever work that shift and was working the front counter thank you so much for being so kind and not pushy or like you didn't want to take my order like all the other Little Caesars do I really appreciate it
I can absolutely say This place has stepped there game UP since the pandemic!! The customer service at this particular location was outstanding!! Slices&Sticks is the way to go. The BEST of both worlds!! Definitely a Must try !! For 6$ can’t get no better then that !!
Long waiting period, there is zero communication in the between the employees. I witnessed two workers asking eachother to confirm an order, and they both didn't know there was an order made. If you're a door dasher, don't accept an order from here, they didn't make the customer's order till I arrived here despite an 8 minute drive.
