Placed an order by phone was told 20 minutes can up 30 minutes later was told it was still in the over to give them 7 or 8 more minutes so waited 15 outside pulled up and was told you have another 3 to 5 minutes left as we're in line the cook came to ask her a question and he's playing with the dough with no gloves on and we were told to move out of line cuz we couldn't hold it up when their was only 1 car behind us. She seemed rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be here.
Food is the same as all Little Ceasars, but then again for the low price what do we expect from food quality. One thing that I do expect is for them to be able to get my order correct, at least by the second time. This store was unable to accomplish this feat. Order 2 large thin crust pizzas with 2 toppings each. 30 minute quit to find out they made 2 stuffed crust pizzas... 30 minute wait more and they make the thin crust 1/2 cheese and 1/2 my toppings and a third with 1 toppings I gave up and took the food cause I had hungry people waiting at home and it had already been an hour. Shouldn't be that hars to get an order right.
So I ordered from them and got my order burnt on a thin crust and didn't even get my promotional item after spending how much I did. I think it's kileen itself haven't got good service everyone I order out anymore
Apparently the male worker at the window was having a bad day. When he passed the pizza through the window he thrust it angrily and threw our card as well. The card went flying outside of the car.I went inside to find out why he did this. He said my daughter was running over the bell with her car. This was not true. We were unaware there was even a bell. I felt it was very rude and unprofessional of him the way he spoke to me. His manager was very nonchalant and appeared to not care about anything. This establishment was poorly ran and seemed to need more staff. I am chalking this up as this place needs more training in how to deal with their customers. I will never return to this awful place!
Food was hot and ready in a decent time. I sat in my vehicle for it to get made and fell asleep. They kindly brought a it to me.
I have been going to this location for years and have not had a bad experience until today. My husband had went today and got a hot and ready pizza and asked for it heat attacked, and the guy at the window charged us for two garlic dipping cups and then opened the cups and just poured it on the pizza in front of my husband. Then the guy at the window threw my husbands card in the pizza box on top of all the grease and messed up my husbands card. I then called and asked to speak to a manager and both of the managers I spoke to were very rude and gave me nothing but attitude and just kept saying okay, and on top of that I asked for corporates number and they said that they don’t have it and they don’t have corporate so they contradicted their self. This was beyond the worst experience and will no longer be going here.
Went up to place and order and was more than willing to wait since it was a bigger order. The gentleman at the window basically refused to take my order because he said they were working on a larger order and mine would be a long wait. I told him I didn’t care about the wait and he still complained and told me the wait was long. So I told him fine and just left. I get there was going to be a wait, but I wasn’t in a rush and understand how hard it is in food service, but don’t turn customers away, that’s ridiculous and rude.
We ordered ahead and then waited in line for a REALLY long time to get special ordered pizza that was dry and burnt. We have been little Caesars fans for many years but recently moved to Killeen. This is our 3rd time trying this location and it has been awful EVERY TIME! After feeding this pizza to my 5 little kids (under 10) and choking it down myself "to be a good example", I saw a post on our neighborhood page showing nearly identical pictures and with cockroaches baked into the pizza from the same night. Gasp... I fed that to my innocent children! The neighbor talked about how they brought the pizza back in and the manager said it happens all the time and they can't do anything about it because the facility is so old. AFTER BEING CONFRONTED ABOUT ROACHES... IN THE FOOD...THEY CONTINUED SELLING IT!!!Wow... this location should simply be SHUT DOWN. Where is the health inspector? Where are the news stations? Why are they allowed to operate at all?
I have visited this location for years because one of our boys especially like their pizza more than others. Today, I ordered "a cheese pizza, light sauce, and not over cooked please." Lately, it's been hit or miss, mostly a missed mark providing an almost burnt pizza. To my surprise, my total was more than usual at the time of my order, $7+ dollars. Granted this is still a cheaper price compared to others but how is my order customized; we just visited them last week. I asked for the manager and she confirmed the same. I asked for them to cancel my order and immediately called the General Manager, Christina Castro for clarification, whose number was posted on the window. After speaking to her, she agreed to the customization and conveniently expressed changes were made effective last week. Sadly, I will no longer support this location but hope their pizza quality greatly improve to match their increase to serve other customers!
So, let me start by saying that this was my favorite Little Ceasers, until the last few times I have ordered from them. Consistently was the best pizza, never had any issues with my orders. Now I don't know if it is different manager of what or just employees that don't care but. I think today was the final straw burnt pizza is a no go or too much sauce when you ask for light isn't cool. Not happy.
