Absolutely horrible!!! I won’t be coming back. I Ordered my pizza online for in store pick up. I get there and they have no record of my order. Also the customer service SUCKS! So I waited roughly 40 more mins on my order. I get the order drive home get home and guess what they didn’t even slice the pizzas. Just sorry and they won’t get my money anymore and I meant it. I’m so livid.
How does it take 20 minutes for a hot n ready, they are supposed to be ready, no way every time you come in you have to wait, why advertise them as hot and ready then, correction it took 36 minutes and then they have an attitude with me, I didn’t make you come into work
I remember when this pizza used to taste like cardboard. That tells you how old I am. Anyway this pizza is outstanding now. The service here needs a little work, not much but my order was a little late. Apparently they were training a new cook, so I don't hold it against them.
I had one of the worst experiences at this little caesars today, I ordered by phone at 6:10pm. They told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived at the store, paid for my order and waited 1 hour... they never gave me my order, when I asked for my order they had never processed the order, they did not have my ticket, they did not want to return my money, "because they do not refund money". I was 1:30 hour and they didn't even apologize, they never said sorry and Bad attitude.
Get there and even though they were slammed they had all my pizzas ready for me! Fast and friendly service!
meh...it was good i guess but they could use other topping options like why is there no chicken? or very many veggie options.
Great pizza at this location but they need to work on their phone etiquette. I called 5 or 6 times and then when they finally answered I was put on hold for 7 minutes. I drive over there and there is no customers in the store, it is unacceptable to put someone on hold for so long when it’s not even. Busy at all. I come to this location frequently and this is the first time I’ve ran into this issue. I hope it does not become a frequent issue because I will take my business elsewhere if I have to for good customer service.
We asked for an extra most bestest and when we got home it was a thin crust. I usually don’t have a problem here but this just pisase me of a lil.
Taste is amazing and you cannot beat the price.
Ordered online. Received BURNED pizzas. And not even correct pizza at that. Both managers refused to do another customer refund saying they don't know how to and then told him that he can starve.
