Definitely going back! Multiple options to try, great food and very friendly service!

great food , great service!

first time trying Krazy Waffle and I can definitely say this is now my favorite place to get some fresh waffles from?they also have great customer service!!

Went in there with a really open mind and excited to support a local business. Save your time, money, and sanity and go somewhere else. I was willing to overlook the overall rundown feel of the place but waiting almost a full hour for a waffle is ridiculous. By the time we actually got our food we just had to bring it home because we were so overwhelmed with all the smells and frustrated at the wait that we couldn’t even enjoy it fresh.Food was ok though is just your basic frozen hashbrowns and microwaved bacon (nothing that should have taken an hour). The vibe itself could have been nice. I liked the music and the cashier was nice and helpful. If it had taken less time to get the food, it may have even been a decent experience. I honestly probably would have been less annoyed if the manager/owner hadn’t kept insisting that our food was “coming right up” for twenty-five minutes. That just made us hyper aware of how long it all was taking, despite it not really being busy. Some orders were definitely prioritized over others. We will definitely not be back.

The staff was amazing and patient with me. There was a little of wait time due to the demand but definitely worth the wait. Make sure you check them out and give them a honest chance. Thank you to the young ladies who help me decide what I wanted to eat. I will be back very soon

It should not take 50 minutes to get one waffle and breakfast plate, there was only two people in there when I got there. The tables where dirty, stained and sticky. If you like your eggs scrambled don’t go. “ We don’t do scrambled eggs” was the exact words we where told even through no where on the menu does it say that. The Breakfast plate was supposed to have two waffles it has one cut in two, the hash browns are those weird rectangular frozen ones and that had a weird taste to it , I couldn’t even eat the bite I took of it. I’m not sure what exactly the “orange juice “ was but it was not orange juice maybe an orange drink but that was not juice didn’t taste or look like juice. Also two people that came in after me got there food before we got ours. Will not go back.Per the response to the owner's comments of my review. The person at the counter did not give a wait time, offer any condiments ( ie ketchup, salt or pepper ) I did not see any on any of the tables, nor was I give any reason as to why the eggs where not able to be scrambled. She ( sorry if this is their wrong pronouns) only said " We don't do scrambled eggs" no further response given. More importantly this is the only review that I left on any platform, so you have the wrong person that you are accusing of making multiple reviews on multiple platforms I gave no reason in my review as you can clearly see above for why i got the service as I did.

I placed my order at 10:20 am with only two customers in front of us. We finally received our order at 11:10 am. I ordered a platter with no eggs because they didn’t offer scrambled eggs, according to their menu I was supposed to get two waffles, I got one cut in half. My wife got the Nutella waffle and ordered orange juice, which was really Sunny Delight or Tampico. Paid $27.18 for subpar service and I believe in part that was due to our skin color. Will not visit again.===========================================================Response to owner's lazy copy & paste response that was put on both me and my wife's reviews.I have segmented their response and addressed each area of their response with my own, which is more than I can say for their lengthy response.===========================================================Saturday’s and Sunday’s are the busiest times for any breakfast/brunch location so wait times are to be expected. We do relay this to every customer and those times go up as more orders come in. - So your response to being busy isn't to hire more people as there were only two people in the kitchen area and one wait staff for your "busiest time". So much for your claims of valuing the customer. There were actually 5 orders in store placed within 10mins prior to your order at 1020am, not including our delivery service orders. At that point the expected wait time was 45mins. - Since it roughly takes 5 minutes to cook a waffle, do you have only one waffle iron in the back at the kitchen? Since I can tell you we actually arrived at the store at 10:00 am and we let someone cut in front of us to order, it took 20 minutes for one group of 3 and one group of 2 (the only people in the place besides employees) to take their orders. Either your "cashier/waitress" needs to learn how to use a POS or you need to get one that is simpler to use. Also, we were given absolutely no wait time when we ordered. So I would like to point that your response does not help you as it means you don't have enough equipment, not enough staff, or just manage your business inefficiently. The tables, have a coating that is in need to be resurfaced and sealed, as the previous coat has aged and we have not located to correct professional to do so, however they are wiped down and sanitized after every use, so they are not dirty. - You can claim they are clean all you want, it doesn't stop them from feeling sticky, which in effect, makes them feel dirty. You could literally scrape the coating off and just sanitize and clean the tables. The coating is stained brownish, so it looks real dirty. Our eggs are fully cooked and are presented in a waffle shape. We don’t “scramble, Fry, or over easy our eggs as our specialty is in waffles. - Didn't say anything about eggs being fully cooked or not, I didn't get them as I looked at your menu in the store, which is lacking a lot of pictures, just descriptions.Yes, our hash browns patties are frozen an then cooked as they are everywhere else you might get them at. - Really, because I went to Hallmark today and their hashbrowns weren't frozen and they didn't charge as much as you did.We do offer salt/pepper/ketchup to accommodate anyone’s taste. - - That would be great if your cashier/waitress actually offered them, just like she wasn't giving people their drinks in a timely fashion as wellThe breakfast platters waffle is one Belgium square cut into two, and our specialty waffles are one full Belgium circle waffle. Both proportions were correct in the picture. Our orange juice is 100% orange juice, pulp free. We do apologize if it wasn’t to your liking. - I know what orange juice tastes like, and that was not orange juice. I actually only drink orange juice to begin that is pulp free. And the character limit prevents me from going further to respond to your untruthfulness. Don't worry, I'll make sure that my Yelp! account gets it in full.

We weren't expecting much, but were very surprised! The waffles were amazing and fluffy! Everything is made fresh, so it took about 18 minutes to make 2 waffles. You can also order ahead. We got the churro and banana split waffle, and both were delicious! The prices seemed fair for how big the waffle was. The employee was very nice and kept checking on us. We'll definitely go back for more flavors.

One of the best waffle places in Killeen hands down. Staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean and well kept. I ordered the bubble waffle with vanilla ice cream and fruit, it was served hot fresh and just honestly flat out amazing. The little cinnamon bites were the icing on the cake! Their menu is pretty extensive with breakfast and lunch items, I will definitely be back and plan to try the spicy waffle chicken sandwich next.

We stopped in this morning for brunch and I really enjoyed the chicken and waffle. We did have a long wait, they were having a staffing problem today, but it was really good and we enjoyed it. I would recommend this restaurant and would eat here again.
