Amazing food and service!

If you are a person who likes to dine in alone this isn’t the place for you. I wanted to do the Korean bbq grill but if you don’t have two or more people with you you cannot eat there and the to go menu in very limited
Been waiting for its opening and we were not disappointed. Recommend asking for Daniel who made us laugh and the experience well worth the visit. We had the all-you-can-eat korean BBQ and was quite filling.
Entered the hostesses were nice. I asked about the two hour wait and she told me about 30 minutes. We waited for about 20 outside and came in and asked if we could grab a drink while waiting. She said it wouldn’t be much longer, another 30 or so minutes go by we headed back she told us about 10 more minutes so we walked out to charge our phones in the car. We walked back in she cleaned a table for us and asked us to hold on just to be told it wasn’t. We were there just under 2 hours before we decided to leave. It seems like it would be ok if there was better organization, and accurate communication. Wasted half of our date night waiting. Disappointing to say the least.
We tried the Korean BBQ. Staff was friendly and the place was clean (expected because it was new). All 3 stars are for that. The food however...not impressed and gets 0 stars. Will come back and try the hibachi and sushi though.
Upon entering, I was taken back by the cleanliness and friendliness of the hostess. As the experience continued, my excitement dwindled. After expressing to my waitress about this being my 1st time at this establishment, I was hoping for suggestions and/or recommendations. Three key moments made me feel differently about my experience:- Inability to substitute items due to wanting to build clientele rather than satisfying the customer.- Small portions of the primary meal.- Having to wait 15 minutes for refresh my drink. It took the manager on duty to accomplish this task.Considering the restaurant has been open for a week (upon writing this), I’ll give this place another chance however it will be quite some time before I try again. What a shame.
Bentos are great! Love their fried rice, sides are salad, cucumber kimchi & fish cake! Just tastes like Japanese style!
Typically I go to Ohgane and have pretty good experiences. Today tho, no. Got inedible chicken that I couldn’t chew. I wasn’t upset about it. I was like I’ll bring it back up there.
Best Korean in the area! Service was awesome, food is outstanding. great restaurant. I will be back! Thank you
