Do not eat at this kfc I ordered some chicken it was burnt and looks has been sitting all day... In my drink tasted like water someone needs to call the health department

Potatoes are still powder and everyone I go they always forget to put a cookie in the bag I’m highly disappointed and would recommend you check your order before leaving this location is very lazy and very unsanitary procede with caution when visiting this location

I keep getting human hair in my chicken meal.The first time I found a long black hair. I brpught the issue to the casher during my next visit. She was not concern about my complaint. Recently, I found a long blue hair in my chicken meal. That was my last visit.

Order bbq wings and got hot wings . employee was not as friendly. I can drive back to complain but scared they spit on our food . And every time we go always missing food we order .it like every fastfood does same in this town .

If I could give less than one star I would. This location either needs serious help or needs to be shut down. When pulling up to the restaurant, it was obvious that the line was very long, so to be proactive, we tried placing a mobile order. Mind you there is multiple signs up stating to pick up your mobile order inside and on their app. We waited in a parking spot until the prompt on the app stated our food was done. When attempting to get our food at the (locked) door, no employees bothered to look over at me or my fiancé when we attempted to get their attention. When another customer came to the door (after going through their drive through line TWICE) to have her order fixed they finally opened the door. When I stated we had a pickup order, we were told we had to go through the drive through line to pick it up even though I could physically see our food sitting there. We had to wait an EXTRA 20 MINUTES to get our food even though it should’ve been a quick in and out order. Then at the pick up window Ms. Savannah decided to give us attitude when asking why we couldn’t pick up our food at the door LIKE THE MULTIPLE SIGNS SUGGESTED. If you’re wanting KFC go to a different location. This location is not worth your time.

My husband and I went through the drive through at approximately 8pm tonight and ordered the 8pc fillup meal. We get home and see that the chicken is old and looks like it has been in a fight. To make matters worse, I have called KFC to report it and request replacement, as of right now I am on call number 10 and no one picks up the phone. Right now it is 8:46pm.i am hoping I can post pictures here. Once I get my order corrected I will never order here anymore. I work hard for my money and as expensive as KFC is, looks like they would give more care and attention to what they actually serve you. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The quality of food handed to me was disgraceful. I paid $7 for wings that looked and tasted as if they were cooked the previous day. The employee seemed very annoyed that I returned the the hot wings. I will not be visiting this KFC again.

Ok, I love KFC. I really do. But since when does 16 pieces become 8? Granted they were large pieces but 8 is not 16. I might have been ok with 12 pieces - if they were large ones- but I am not ok with 8 being 16. Let alone you gave me 2 coleslaws instead of 2 mashed potatoes… This was last night- my receipt is dated 2/13/22 at 5:49pm. Total was $42 and change. I tried to call the store and no answer - it just went to a busy signal. So this is my attempt to get my 8 pieces of original KFC chicken plus a large mashed potato…

For this to be the entree, and the whole reason, of the dinner… It’s super disappointing. To get home, open the lid and not be able to recognize that it was fried chicken to picking a piece up and the breading instantly falling off. We ordered extra crispy… But at least we got our two gravies for our one mashed potato, versus the guy who walked up to the drive thru window (while I was at the window) saying he had three mashed potatoes with no gravy. Yeah, I know there are bad days, but never going there again.. Especially now that I have seen similar reviews prior to mine, before writing this.
