Jokers is definitely a joke when it comes to customer service. It’s already bad enough I am borderline deaf but the bar tender was not customer friendly maybe it’s because I am African American or because I didn’t come in with non African American people. Either way there is a way to talk to people and communicate so customer don’t feel avoided. The atmosphere was pleasing and the food was beyond amazing. Kudos to the cook because they made my palate go wild in a good way. The bottom line is we are ALL consumers and our money is the same color. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT treat consumers differently because you feel like it. I won’t ever return and I wouldn’t recommend to others but I will say to go orders on the food is all good for me.
I am not sure why we waited so long to try this place. It is literally right around the corner from our house and the food and beer was amazing. I would definitely recommend the pretzels with beer cheese super fresh and delicious. My husband got the black and Bleu burger and he was in heaven. I got the quesdilla and they were also very good fresh and hot. Great variety of beers and even the local Barrow Brewing beer which I love. We will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu.
Nice place fun crowd,but when using any debit or credit cardunknown charges show up on your account,and is hard to get your money back,This has happened several times, a $74 charge by next day will be $174 ,and nobody knows anything,and if your bank don't fight it,your stuck,So enjoy, but please use cash,and never use open tab, on any card,Cash,cash,Food is pricey,not cook that great but ok once you've been drinking,and use cash.You'll have fun get there early parking is tight,
To start with I love this place. This review is only for taco Tuesday. It is advertised as $1 taco. This means shell and meat, absolutely nothing else. You have to pay .25 for ANY topping. I found this deceiving. The basic taco typically comes with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. You get nada. I chose to have nachos instead. I highly recommend them
Awesome atmosphere! 10 out of 10 on everything. Staff was fabulous and food is to die for ? I love the variety of items on the menu and price was great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I am not from Texas, just visiting the area and this place did not disappoint.
A diamond in the rough, a truely lovely experience. Mature but not old crowd. Don't hesitate to try any variation of the loaded fries.. the steak ones are outstanding.
Alyssa, Blanca and Mackenzie are all great bartenders! The atmosphere of the establishment is always great when I come and very welcoming. It’s a lot more open than any bar I’ve been to in this area, they have an outside section of the venue and a spacey inside. I would highly recommend stopping by for a drink.
My overall experience of this establishment is okay however, what put a bad taste in my mouth was one of the female bartenders with purple/white bob cut hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not go in to detail of what happened because I will be explaining that to the Owner of this wonderful establishment.She was later sent home that night because of the issue. I really hope she finds another profession besides customer service.
It was a good vibe. You'll easily become a regular. I have not had the food but a friend has and love eating there but food stops at 10-1030. They make some good drinks there too. I only go to this one female bartender, not all of them the best. The overall mood there was good and it doesn't get out of control. The DJ IS PRETTY COOL too. Definitely, a cool karaoke spot that you don't have to karaoke and can just drink, pool and enjoy. Oh let me not forget: it's cheaper getting bottle than ordering drinks.
Nice place good food, except the pizza... I do not recommend the pizza. All else I tasted is good.
