love the food here but they are under staffed and the staff on board is extremely slow.. i ordered two things last Saturday, gave them twice the time to have ready since i only have one hour for lunch and they still didnt have it ready for me.. i still had to get in line behind 6 people and had them do my order in place eventhough i had ordered half hour prior.. i just might have to start going to Mc Callisters instead.. staff needs to pick up the pace with a smile.. too much attitude happening here :(
Poor knowledge. I older grill cheese sandwich and additional ham. The cashier said it comes with soup. I asked what kind soup? Tomato, broccoli , French onion… so I ordered the French onion. Finally I have got 2 soups. I didn’t need 2 soups. The French onion was lukewarm at best. I asked the gentleman that worked at the counter to warm it up please. He carried it by hand. It means still not warm. The cheese was still hard. And my sandwich was cold. I enjoyed the food at a different Jason’s Deli before. My husband ordered a California Club sandwich ($9.49). I couldn’t believe it when they brought his sandwich to the table. It was a half a sandwich on a half a roll. My husband took it to the counter with our receipt. The gentleman behind the counter admitted it was wrong and agreed to remake it. I laughed to myself when the remade sandwich was delivered to our table, this time on the equivalent of a hole roll. His sandwich did not remotely resemble the California Club I had at Jason’s Deli in Georgetown. We will not return to Jason’s Deli in Killeen.
I am a honest person so I won’t go left when I am right. It took more than twenty minutes to get two Potatoes. I saw not one not two but three orders come in order and sit down to eat with no hesitation. I was quite displeased with my Mexican pollo the potato was a tidbit dry barely any butter or sour cream. The BBQ was spot on but again the potato was dry. The customer service was phenomenal but the dining room lacked seating options it was more than a few dirty tables. The salad bar looked great and the attendant talked to us which made me feel very welcomed. I was highly dissatisfied with the potato notake backs
I ordered two bowls of chili. The chili was great as always but the customer service was outstanding! Tyler was my cashier and gave service w/a smile and was very polite. Dannell went out of her way to make sure I had my extra crackers, and that was the icing on the cake?
I love it great Manager! GREAT STAFF! Super sweet! Bering going here for years and I always bring my friends and family!! What a great place to dine in!!
Roaches on the salad bar didn’t throw the food away either they just removed the roach
Had to tell them to re-due my sandwich Three times mind you it was a simple cheese turkey and egg sandwich, they just kept adding things that I did not order in my sandwich, hispanic manager with glasses was the one doing my sandwich, he looks miserable working there and does not care about his customers, just kept on giving me whatever sandwich he was making. Third time it was still incorrect, i didn't want to go up again so i just stayed with the sandwich, honestly i was better off getting a refund and going some where else.
Tried this place for the first time a week ago. We got the Cesar salad and it was good! However, the salad taste like nail salon. It’s so bizarre but it does. You might be wondering why I left 4 stars if that’s the case and I don’t know what to tell you, it was decent. They did forget our utensils though and we weren’t going straight home so that was a huge setback. All in all salad taste like nail salon.
Have always enjoyed Jason’s but today was a terrible experience. Not because of the food but because of what I presume to be a manager. A woman named Stacey was extremely rude to an employee in front of us, over a simple question. Left a bad taste in my mouth and my sister’s for the rest of our time in the restaurant. It was completely unprofessional and honestly if the cashier was not so nice we would’ve chosen to dine elsewhere.
Delicious food a little expensive but it’s worthy
