Staff is awesome, I am not a fan of food. Ordered breakfast burrito it was soft, too much cheese I think it had potatoes and barely sausage. It was so messy I threw it away. I ordered coffee there was no creamer so I tried the iced coffee way to sweet for me. I had lunch prior this time the tacos were old and they didn't put ice in my tea. Dine in breakfast take out lunch.
Out of a lot of items at the time I went but really friendly staff and excellent drive thru time!
Just went tonight with my family. They took our order and was so polite about it. Got my food quick also. Definitely going again ?
How do y’all not have tacos ready when they are one of the most popular items on the menu? And they gave me the wrong sandwich, I would understand if there’s a line of cars in the drive thru but there was only 2 other people behind me. I don’t understand??♂️??♂️
Normally very good, but I was surprised and disappointed to find out they did not the tiny tacos that have been advertised heavily on TV. Also, the soft drink had the wrong mixture and did not taste right.
We were 4 deep and stopped at the Killeen location on Clear Creek Road. The customer services was excellent and the drive thru young man was so pleasant. Well done on your hiring because that is the way service should be delivered. Everybody's food was good and the egg rolls were delicious ?.
the service was horrible and the store was dirty the dinning room floor was greasy and kitchen area was gross the so called manager was playing around and not helping customers plus he told the cashier not to touch him because she was sick than told another customer he was playing will be call the general manager and cooperate
Don’t try to order a burger any way but how it comes - this is definitely not Burger King, you will NOT have it your way. I’ve yet to see an employee get a plain burger with just cheese and bacon correct. Where do you get these people from? How lazy and/or literally mentally challenged are these people? It’s either that or they are purposely trying to get fired. They cannot be this ignorant. I just refuse to believe it.
I understand times get busy but that doesn't mean you let someone sit at the window waiting for 25 minutes while you have 20 other cars behind them I sat there waiting for almost 30 minutes for one car to move and I still had two cars in front of me
I go their and order 3 of the 2 for 6 double bacon breakfast sandwiches, I knew I should have checked them before I left drive thru, I get home open them up and on them is 1 egg 2 small strips of bacon and 1 cheese. Not as advertised. Not happy with this place
