They didn’t have anything we wanted to order. Then we sat at the window for 10 min waiting to pay. The staff were messing around, using excessive profanity and we’re acknowledging the vehicle behind us. Once we were finally able to pay we then had to wait another 10 min to get our food. With 20 minutes waiting you’d think it would be fresh and hot but no. We get home which I live 3 minutes away and our food was cold and very disappointing. I will NEVER come back to this location and will NEVER recommend it either.
Didn’t have many listed menu items. The wait was incredible. Unprofessional crew. We were in line for over 30 minutes while listening to the crew laugh and joke in the back. Nothing wrong with having a good time at work. But be professional and take care of the customer. I love Jack in the box. But this location has been my worst experience by far!
I went in to put in my order of 4tacos and I guess he was a manager told me that they can't cause the tacos was frozen. But he never offered nor told me that they had the tiny tacos. So when I ordered the tiny tacos. He went and put down the tacos, but he didn't let them cook all the way the timer hasn't gone off. The workers at night time seem very lazy! We ordered the munchie madness box. When we pulled up, the guy handed us everything except the box, that we paid for. After sitting there for a few minutes, he opens the door and says “you ordered the box right” , I said yes. He then says “you know you gonna have to wait on that, right”! Uhhh ok?♂️ Quit being lazy and do your job
We ordered 6 items and it took 36 minutes to get my order wrong. The tacos had about a quarter size worth of meat in them, my burger was the wrong one and my large sprite had so much ice in it, It barely had any sprite!
Your management is absolutely no help at all when trying to get my daughters W-2. She never even had access to her paystubs. This place is a nightmare to deal with. Does anyone know how to get ahold of the franchise owner? My daughter needs her W-2’s
I ordered for the very first time there today at it was my last! It took a while before somebody even came to help me! My whole oder was messed up. A chicken sandwich with cheese, curly fries, medium drink and a coffee… what o hit was a bigger without cheese and cold. Regular fries cold and nasty. No coffee at all and had to ask for my truck. She couldn’t figure out how to pay my money back on my card since o trashed the Receipt. I was pisses as hell so o left wasting my break froM work for nasty good and bad service plus no money back cause my time was limited being at work! Never again!
Good taste and fresh. I have to give it up for workers/management they had ran out of sourdough buns but honored their word to give me a free one at a later date. It was GREAT!
Haven't had it in a while, but not disappointed, took a little longer than expected to make my order but they were polite and food came promptly.
As of right now they dont have 2 tacos or hardly any menu items they are slow af and not worth your wait cant even leave the drive thru your gonna be trapped
