Came at 2000 an hour before they closed and they told me everything I wanted couldn’t be cooked. Went the next day and at 1816 exactly and they were closed but the open sign said open. I look inside and the manager comes out and tells me they are understaffed and can not open right now. I just wanted some breakfast jacks and tacos but I am literally asking too much. I normally don’t post but this is the third time this place has let me down.
Went here and they only had 1 guy working, took 25 minutes in the drive-thru to get my order and when I got there, the milkshake machine wasn't working properly. Not the guy's fault, but I'm still never coming here again.
Omg just can’t get enough of these darn egg rolls… and don’t forget the sweet n sour sauce. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS ? pretty much the only thing I get when I go here. I do like their burgers and curly fries, but these egg rolls go hard and I can literally eat them everyday. Special shout out to facility manager Mr. Askew. Very kind and friendly. Great customer service ????
The slowest drive thru Jack in the Box in town if they want to take customers. According to hours of operation, it is suppose to close at 10pm for dine in; however, the door is always locked. The guy working inside can see you trying to open the door, but he pretends to not see you and ignore you. I know this guy is not blind. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!!!

Service in this store is not the best, rough, deems to be mad. People over the drive Thru is not friendly or customer service oriented. Something to work on. Food is serve correctly.
The bacon cheddar wedges needs to come back. But I still like the other food also
This place is usually crowded, but convenient for being a 5 minute walk away from barracks housing on Fort Hood. You can stop by the gas station its built into as well for more conveinence.
This jack is alright they don't have a full menu and if you go thru the drive thru just be ready to be there for a while.
Kinda slow, but the food was hot and tasty and the drive thru attendent was cheerful.
