I was a bit disappointed on the service and food of this location. I visited via drive-thru. It was hard to order, the cashier could not get the order right, then the food was just disappointing. I tried to order 2 sourdough combos was both combos were inconsistent, one had almost no fries, the other one had almost no bacon ( maybe half of slice, the bread looked like they tried to toast it but fail miserably.Not a spot I would come back to.
It's unfortunate that all of the Jack in the box locations in this area suck! They almost never get the food right! Nine times out of 10 there will be something missing! And 40 to 50% of the time your order is completely wrong down to the actual way that they put the sandwiches together as if who's cooking in the back doesn't know any of the simple recipes! This review is not just for this Jack in the box but for all of the Jack in the boxes in the temple and Belton area!
Like I said when I evaluated Taco Bell I deliver so I am at several of the stores in different locations So your evaluated as a group and as a group. way below standards There are probably some that are better than others But the majority. slow. inefficient. way behind with a system for the delivery services that are popular now. And a lot of the locations have the Rudest people working there.
ive visited a few times in the last month just bcuz its convenient to the highway.anyhoo... i usually order the regular tacos in addition to whatever else im ordering.what i dont understand is this... if i say one order of tacos, i get it how it comes.... meat, cheese, sauce, lettuceBUT...if i say one order of tacos with no lettuce, i get just the shell and meat. how do i ask to remove one thing and everything else is removed also.ive made this same order several times and dont understand why i get these dry, plain taco shells, cant even eat it ? im usually on the way to work so never have time to go back. this was done again to me today. today the whole order was unedible. fries seemed like they from yesterday. none of the food was fresh. bread was stale and unedible. another whole order of dry, stale food i had to throw in trash. im over it. not wasting another penny with jack in box ? pls do better
Just one time I would like to come to this drive through and have my order right! First time they charged me without giving me the item, second time they game me an item I didn’t order and this last time I not only got over charged for a breakfast item but when I asked for some ketchup they gave me two packets as if they where having a shortage on condiments. This place needs better management and training. I’ll no longer be spending my money in this joint.
This was a complete disappointment especially being that Jack in the box is usually one of my favorite go to places but this one first of all the burgers were sloppy second of all the tacos literally had no meat in them like splashes of meat a couple of strings of lettuce and sliced cheese folded in half really y'all got to do better
The man who's taking orders from the drive thru Friday January 7th at 5:40 PM is extremely rude. I have not finished ordering well when it is sending you to the window. He has no sense of humor with an empty store. The order was repeated more than twice at the window and even so the entire order was incorrect and the food was cold.
Fantastic Service! I came a couple minutes before close last night and was told y’all were only doing online orders. I work service as well and know how much of my a pain it is. The cashier was super accommodating and had me pull to the window to order. I really only had cash but they went ahead and cashed me out anyways. Service was super fast and very kind. Food was fantastic and fresh! Consistent service even up to the last moments of the shift!
Look at the past reviews. It says it all. Lack of Training. Lack of Management. Employees fooling around. Canceled the order and left. Could not even put in one item in through drive thru... With no wait line. Disappointed.
Second time trying it and both times were awful. Last night, was missing 5 of 7 items, and got 2 things I didn't even order. Had it redone, and after waiting forever again, it was STILL wrong. I quit trying at that point, as I had already wasted literally an hour and a half (!!!!) of my time for simple items. Food we did get was barely edible. Never again!
