Slowest service out there. I had a flat, my wife picked up my kids and went here for food. My father in law took me to my job to get tools, and i changed my tire, went back to work to drop off my tools and i went home. My wife beat me home by 30 seconds! She said no one wanted to work, order was incomplete, and not very good. Would not recommend

I really like this place but I feel like they have a little bit of a logistics issue. Every other time I go there a bunch of stuff is out of stock. And when I say 'a bunch' I mean there has been times I have just asked them what they do have because they were out of too many things for me to keep track of.That said, the food is outstanding for a Jack in the box and the service has always been excellent.
I placed my order over the app for pickup at the drive through they asked me to go and park and it was going to awhile it took another ten minutes plus the 10 that I already waited. The food was excellent the only thing they should have placed all the bags in a big bag and the drinks in a carrier as I am in a wheel chair.
Lately with the increase in Delivery orders there way behind the outher fast food restaurants in haveing a system in place. And it seems they have a problem with staffing I've been to one with just one person working. I dont remember Which one and i wish I ded because this guy was handelling it. Sure it was a long line but he never gave up.
Yall only knew where there nasty food come from yall will no longer eat it price is so high amd food so nasty got two burger two fir3ds 27 dollars ho2s that if it was my money I would of never went that dump gross anything looks good on the internet lol food was cold forgot to say and man McDonald's is way to go never spending a dime there again
Bad experience. The guy who was in the kitchen got mad at me because I order 20 tacos. It took about 40 minutes to get my order and when I got it the tacos was frozen. I ask the guy what is going on with my order and he start to tell me that it was 20 tacos and they were busy. He told do you want me to get another arm to make happy? I think it was very rude of him to say that because I gave them enough time to make my order right. He told me if you don't like it leave the tacos there on the counter..... I talk to the manager and I explained what happened and she decide to make my tacos. Wasn't good tacos but we take them because they didn't want to refund my money... very bad restaurant to go to eat there or order. NOT RECOMMEND JACK IN THE BOX restaurant on 190 business in killeen.. very horrible place... don't go...
Loaded mini tacos are the way to go sometimes things get a little slow in the drive thru but only when it's busy besides that it's close to home and the food usually good.
This one seems to take a bit to get things done and ordered and payed for and gotten but it’s always hot and always fresh and it’s been better since the shake machines been fixed! Sometimes I know it would probably be quicker somewhere else but I got here and take the wait just for the fact it’s piping hot when I get it!
Honestly I feel bad writing this review, I usually come late at night looking for something to eat before heading home and they are always understaffed, our of items on the menu, with a line on top of that. Absolutely no hate here to the employees as they are working their cheeks off to keep this place going, but it's obvious this place is struggling.
