I made my order online before I read the reviews, upon reading the reviews is was shocked. I thought I that I had been taken. Needless to say that was not the case! The food arrived in a timely manner and my order was better than I expected! I guess those bad reviews worked in reverse! I was expecting the worse and best bang for my buck was what I got!In my opinion I don’t think that JUST WINGS is totally to blame for the soggy fries some experienced and stiff or appeared to be stale or over cooked wings. It’s a combination of things.(My opinion once again), the time it’s packaged up until the time it gets to you, and also the containers themselves.The bigger chain wing/pizza guys have carry containers that hold in heat better and longer, so that when it arrives at your door step it’s still piping hot, to appear fresher. I normally have to tell the big boys to cook my wings well done. Don’t like biting into a raw feeling or uncooked wing. Once again just my opinion. I think next time I’ll do pick up on my order that I may have a better contrast idea of just my theory
I ordered this today for lunch. It was nasty AF. The entire plate is soggy, the drink watered down and hardly no sauce on the wings. Just don’t do it. I know they are cheap, but you get what you pay for. ?

I'm frustrated and excited at the same time while writing this review. Last night I ordered 22 piece wing combo meal that comes with fries and ranch. It was the worst food I've ever received in my entire life. Here is the list what was wrong with the food:1. It was stone cold2. Soggy coating on very dry meat3. Barely any sauce covering4. Stale and smelly5. Felt like it was cooked atleast 2-3 hours before the delivery. Or may be kept in hotbox for the whole day6. Fries were stale and soggy. And ofcourse you could tell that they were not freshly cookedHad to throw away the food in trash. Clean the puke after tasting that food. It almost felt like someone pulled a prank on us by delivering very old and nasty food.Will never ever buy food from this place and recommend ppl to avoid this place. I'm lucky that I didn't fall sick after eating it.

Never even received the food, but was still charged for it because they decided to accept an order that was set to be delivered after their normal business hours, waited almost an hour, no driver, no delivery time fulfillment with no notifications from the establishment, thinking I would be protected by Uber Eats… nope, they got to keep my money for food that was never even going to be delivered in the first place.Wish I could give a zero.
I try to be understanding of restaurants cause I used to be a restaurant manager, so I know it can get busy. But this was by far the absolute worst experience I've had at a restaurant, ever. Placed a pick up order, was told it'd be ready at 7:55. Literally 45 minutes later before I got my food. This was out first time trying it so I was like whatever, hopefully the food is good. Not even close. I live 2 minutes away from here & when I got home, the food was cold. Like been sitting there for an hour cold. Fries were soggy & gross, absolutely disgusting. Worst $40 I've ever spent my money on.
Horrible took forever not only to get sat at a table, but the food service was awful. 2 hours to get food. And the taste of their specialty fajita could've been better. Won't be coming back
Used to be good. The last couple of times we went they didn't give us what we asked for, and it was impossible to get a hold of someone to complain, about it. I ordered regular and they gave us the smoked. Not happy. Since they don't care enough to hear from their customers, I don't care enough to go back.
