If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I ordered online for curbside pickup. The website tells me my order will be ready at 1230. I get there 1240. I check in and get a text saying we got your order we are on the way. Now mind you I understand it was a Sunday and the parking lot was almost full...but waiting for 40 minutes for an order that was put in at 1215 is ridiculous. I call them when it hits 1PM and they tell me oh yeah we got you we'll be right with you. It's 1:20 at this point and still no food. I go inside 2 people are already waiting in line complaining about their online order. I see my order on the shelf it has been sitting there for 30 minutes!!! My food was cold. They forgot my drinks and they got my order wrong. This whole location needs to close down. They have the worst staffing with the most horrible attitude. They need to retain their staff ASAP. the lady behind the counter I think she was blonde she looked lost in the sauce. Find people who really need to work for a living. Not a [email protected]@d.
My party of 3 took us 2 hours to get seated and have our stuff brought to our table (45 minutes wait for the table, and about an hour for the food to come out). It was slow, packed, the waitress rarely came to our table and she got my order wrong. It took forever for us to be able to pay we were all done eating and she never came back with the check even though she was serving tables around us. Definitely heard a cook arguing and cursing at the manager. The food was good tho..Probably will not come back.
Great page plate to get food. Servers were awesome. Had a birthday girl with me and they sang happy birthday to her. Servers were funny and kind to all patrons. I believe our server was named John. Very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend eating here.
Everywhere we looked there were food crumbs and small trash literally all over the restaurant, there were just a few customers seated so they should have had someone cleaning not just picking up plates and utensils. Our waitress was very nice but took our order on a scrap piece of paper, no order pads were available for her.
Great experience!!Very fast service, all the food came out faster than expected and was all outstanding.Ordered a French toast meal, and a breakfast combo.Our server made the whole dining experience what it was,His name was John and he was a 16 year old. We need more hard working young men with morals and a personality in this world like him!!We will be back to this ihop.
30 minutes waiting clearly plenty of seating left open and not seated. Prom night. But Service was great and food hot.
I would never typically review a chain like this as the product / service is typically constant but this visit was hard to ignore. Took 5 minutes to get seated, which is forgivable but no one even greeted us in those 5 mins. Then another 5-10 minutes before anyone came to ask our drink order. We put in our food order at the same time. Another 10 minutes before glasses of water came back. Another 20 minutes before the food came. We didn’t even wait on the receipt to come to the table. We walked to the front so someone would take our money so we could leave - and no where near fast enough.
I loved it! The server was great. The hash browns were so darn tasty. The food was delicious. My omelette was more than enough that I was really happy to get full, bring some home and have another breakfast the following day. I feel like I got my money's worth with a great experience.
Awful! We didn't get seated. We arrived and we're told there was a 30 minute wait. There were only about 10 customers, 3 wait staff and it looked like only 1 cook. We waited the 30 minutes, but no one ever left. About 5 more people came in and were never greeted upon their arrival. One customer was loud and obnoxious and wanted to fight one of the seated customers. Two other people left and then we finally left. The floors in the waiting area were extremely dirty. We finally left after the wait because none of the existing customers would leave so we knew it was going to be a longer wait before we ate.
