It's just the taste of the food. Not all of it but for the most part the flavor is not good. I sesame seed balls taste amazing and the staff are so sweet just the main dishes can be better.
Hardly edible food that will leave you with severe intestinal distress. Strongly recommend the county evaluates the cleanliness of the kitchen.
I've ordered from here many times and I also deliver for them through doordash, grubhub and uber eats. They are always busy but whoever is in the back really gets the food out fast. I maybe waited once for my food longer than expected because they were short staffed up front. So no big deal. Their eggrolls and general Tsos chicken taste great.
Not sure what the cook situation is here. One of your cooks has been dishing out some very poor quality fried rice entrees for at least a decade. Please get help.
This restaurant gave the worst food I have ever tried eaten at a Chinese place! I paid over $25 for my meal..Plus tips! And I didn't even get what I ordered. It was a pickup order.. They just told me I can't compare their resturant to others ones. And sorry I didn't enjoy my meal but there is nothing they can do... Can You Believe That!! ! So needless to say I didn't have dinner that night!!This place is a joke!! I will never order or eat from Ft. Hood Rd. ( K-Mart ) Hunan ever..
Freshly made to order. Lacked flavor overall, the chicken used was almost inedible.
We just got the House Special Fried Rice. I got three shrimps. We expected to have beef, but we didn’t get any. The food had NO flavor at all. Hunan is not what it used to be
My son just ordered his food tonite. Two orders were missing. One order should have been orange chicken, but he got sesame chicken instead! They had to audacity to get an attitude with my son, as if he was lying!! My other son loves orange Chicken, so he knows what it tastes like, and that's not what he got. My daughter in law didn't get her other meal at all!!! That saying "the customer is always right", doesn't apply with this company!!! I ordered from them for many years, I will never do it again!!! They didn't even try to compensate them, what a waste of time and money. They lost 5 customers tonight!!!
Called in for take out of 2 orders. Answered promptly but the person I spoke to was talking too fast so it was hard to understand. Nevertheless, got to place my order and went to pick it up base on the time line she gave me. When I got to the restaurant we went over the order to ensure it was correct and it was. When I got home to eat with my wife that's when we try the food. Cold, nasty flavor and the fried rice didn't had the ingredients that you will normally find on fried rice; meat, fried eggs, peas, etc. The rice tasted undercooked and like it was mix with older rice. The pepper steak had little flavor and the chicken tasted and looked more as the McDonald's chicken nuggets. Having an issue while placing the order I decided not to bother calling them back and complain, so I threw the food away and ordered Domino's Pizza. Will never go or purchase food from them again.
The food is great just dont order from door dash. They charge you full price for smaller portions. It's bull!
