Great service and yummy food!! April was awesome and took care of us with a smile and made great menu recommendations. We're not in the area often, but we'll be back whenever we are!

Came here without any expectations. It’s a small mom and pop local diner that I think is catered for older people. The server, Mr. Andy is what really captured me. Friendly and gave a very welcoming vibe. The food was okay, it’s like eating brunch at your grandmas. The Henderson chicken meal was pretty good and the gravy as well. The sweet tea is probably one of the best sweet tea I’ve ever had! It’s not the cleanest, not the fastest but definitely an experience I believe to be tried once if you are a local. I think if you are a little older and have a simpler palate/taste buds then this is the place for you. No frills breakfast, lunch, dinner. Bonus is they treat you like family. I would choose going here than going to Dennys or iHop any day.Location: 3.5/5It’s located in Downtown Killeen. There are ample parking spots.Service: 5/5Mr. Andy is one of the best servers I’ve encountered in my life.Price: 4/5The food ranges from $10-20Food: 3.5/5Simple, homemade style cooking, tastes like southern grandmas brunch

If I could give more then five stars, I definitely would for this home style cooking! Go see Andy, he’s a top notch server with great attention to detail and a friendly personality. The food tastes like your at your grandparents house, very well made and decent sized portions. I didn’t even have to ask for ranch, as he provided it on the spot with my fried zucchini, okra, and onions. It was hard to pick between breakfast, lunch, and dinner because of their wonderful menu selections. If your ever driving through town, this is the restaurant to stop at since it topped all of our other food experiences in this area. Great prices & atmosphere!

Eeesh, been here twice and the second time was even worse than the first (one was a work function). The food is a solid 1, the service though nice people may take a good 45 minutes to clean your table and take your order, which is partly because there's only two people working a lunch rush. The setting is such that you feel like an 'out-of-towner' even if you're from Killeen. All I can conclude is that this is one of those places that really needs to go out of business because it shutting down would immediately improve the average quality of the surrounding area.

We waited for 30 minutes on the table to be cleaned (at the end we did it ourselves) and then waited another 40 minutes for food to arrive (it was cold). This place is dirty, bad food, and unsafe. We recommend to stay away from this place. Less than OK, almost horrible. It overpriced. Poor quality.

Great food...not the cleanest atmosphere. The biscuits are sooo good! My husband says its the best catfish hes had

Food was great. Nice quiet place to eat and have a conversation with whoever you are there with.

This was not the cleanest restaurant but the food was delicious. It reminds me a little bit of a Waffle House. I ordered the fried catfish, grits, eggs sunny side up and hash browns. I would not recommend the hash browns. They were bland and not cooked well. The server was friendly. A nice place for breakfast with a friend or two.

One of the only places I have found that is still mom and pop style. My wife got a normal bacon and egg breakfast while I got the trashcan omelette. Now it's one of my favorites. 3 meats 3 veggies, cheese and chili in side an omelette. I thought the chili would be overwhelming but they gave just enough for tasty ummy food. The staff was freindly and joked with the repeat customer, they were kind to us and prompt. I have no complaints at all about this location and suggest you give it a try.

Every time we have ordered either over the phone or in person everything has been delicious!!They also have the best sweet tea around!
