Not great. It's been along time since my wife and I were there. It was a Monday so maybe that's why.. The crew looked tried, not really wanting to be there, and it showed. The steak was un-seasoned. The mashed potatoes were so running, if you put gravy on it, you'd have soup. Not to mention the heat. It was so hot, we couldn't wait to get done and go.. People told us to go to the 1 in Temple. That they are a lot better. Maybe next time. The place was clean, that's about it.
Won't be back. They put fresh food on top of food that looked like it had been there a while. Didn't have bowls for the soup. The server gave us very little time to answer before walking off and didn't listen when we did because most our drinks were wrong. Most the staff seemed unhappy to be there and it really showed in our experience this visit.

The lady with pink hair up front who gave us our drinks was really rude. our server was really nice But the place is in really bad shape the area we were at was really Dirty there was really no food options. There was more salad and desert options than actual entrees. I paid $35 I think it’s safe to say it’s outrageous.
The food is excellent and the wait staff was the best I have seen in a long time! However, the guy working the steaks seemed to be a little rude, a little clumsy (dropping steaks), and very presumptuous. A little bit of change in responses to customers would have gone a long way.Also, they were out of ice cream cones and both chocolate and Caramel syrup at the beginning of the dinner period.
Even before covid this chain seemed to be going down hill. It's too bad because this used to be my favorite buffet.The food was mediocre and the service was pretty horrible. We asked multiple times for things we never got like silverware, refills, etc...This location, like so many, feels dirty. There's kind of a smell in some areas that's not too pleasant. I wish this were the 5 stars it once was.
My two daughters and I had dinner this evening. I haven’t been in a long time so it was a bit different but we enjoyed our visit.
For $20.00 Everyone was nice but the food speaks for its self Eww. No, Thank you!!!
Talk about disappointment. The quality of the food is terrible. The cleanliness is terrible. The staff and service was great, the folks working were friendly and helpful but that was the worst 13$ I've ever spent on food. I do not recommend unless all you are going to eat is catfish. They did have great catfish.
