I don't normally leave reviews, but I have to. I left my apartment, a mile and a half away, an hour ago to get food. I just now got back. This place took every ounce of their time making orders, they didn't pay attention, they made no movement for the FAST in Fast Food. They refused to open their doors for anyone, including curbside pickup, despite both Texas and CDC lifting mandates. And they gave zero care about the line that wrapped around the building and into the BUSY STREET!! This location is a joke. I went to this one to save time from driving to Heights, and I know now I would've taken less time going out there.

CURBSIDE PICK UP AND ONLINE ORDERING IS A LIE AT THIS LOCATION. I placed an online order with curbside pick up at this location and paid online as well. I waited the 31 minute wait time it instructed me to before even leaving my house. When I got there the drive thru line was already wrapped around the building and I parked beside the door. I called to let them know I was there and they said that was fine to go ahead and come in to pick up my order that they'd have it ready in a minute. They blamed labor shortage for the reason that they couldn't bring it out to me. I asked why it wasn't ready to go and they said that they didn't like to pack it immediately because they never knew how long it would take the customer to get there. So, basically, it's the customer's fault if their order isn't ready when they get there. When I went inside a rude employee was leaning on the register and I stated that I'd already paid online to which she answered "Oh, we know you paid online." in a very rude tone before she turned her back and walked away. The other woman behind the counter, who was finishing putting it together, turned and handed me my order. I just walked away at that point. There were TWO people behind that counter so I fail to see why ONE of them couldn't take less then 5 minutes to take a PRE-PAID order out to the car to hand it off. Maybe they felt it was beneath them to do this for a customer because that was definitely the vibe I got. The rude employee didn't seem to be very busy when I went in there if she had time to lean against the counter and speak rudely to a paying customer for the same amount of time it would have taken for the to bring it to the car. If you have mobility issues or any other reason justifying avoiding entering an establishment...AVOID THIS LOCATION. They do not honor the curbside pick up advertised on the website. Don't waste your time with pre-paid online ordering either...it doesn't save you any time because you still have to go inside and wait for your order when you get there.

Had the catfish.. it was cooked well but had no seasoning. It was a little sad since I LOVE their roasted chicken which is full of flavor.

First time ate there Saturday its was delicious live the catfish sweet tea was fire my new favorite spot better than long John silvers its real fish?

RUDE !!!!!!! Gave them my order 3 times. When we arrived at window ORDER was wrong. The lady that took the orders and I assumed was the person in charge is RUDE AS HELL to the employees and has 0 concern for her customers.

For some reason their gravy is now lumpy af.

The food was tasteless, however the rolls were good. The food was not up to par as it was a few years ago. Blame it on C19, everyone else does.

Always delicious food and good people. Live the remodel, everything is nice.

Just went through the drive thru and waited forever. When I finally got back to my office and picked the box up out the bag, the box fell apart and my chicken fell on the floor. Awesome.

Went again recently, and the employee working the drive thru was wonderful. She was friendly & efficient. The staff there is doing a great job. The food was very good.
