Their food is tasty and I love all their Vegan & Veggie, plus Low-Carb, options. Try the Vegan Chorizo, so good! But, I usually have to get my food from here to-go or delivered and they seem to have a problem with accuracy. Just last week I used a my reward points for a free chip and dip. I ended up with queso instead of guacamole... Not cool when I am trying to stick to my Vegan diet!
I've never eaten here. Today was my first and last time. It took them at least 5minutes to acknowledge and serve me. Food was cold and terrible. My burrito was made and the server just left it to the side,smh. Service was inconsiderate and horrible. I should be asking for my $8 back. I don't recommend this place nor did it deserve the 1 star I gave.
I love fresh healthy food and am addicted to this place. They have way more options than most places when it comes to Ingredients and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They also serve vegetarian options and it fills you up every time.
I have eaten here many times, but today, my husband and I ordered lunch and the food was meh at best. The rice was a weird texture, like it was cooked yesterday and the seasoned chicken didn't taste very fresh. The sour cream, while I was thankful it was on the side so I hadn't used it, was a really weird texture. I really didn't care for my lunch and my husband was disappointed with his burrito as well.
I am new to Texas and have never tried Freebirds World Burrito before and I got to say I am so glad that I did. The food taste so fresh. All the ingredient’s taste fresh and delicious. The service is just as good as the food is. The manager Shauncey was a pleasure to be around she made sure we were taken care of in every way. All the employees seemed like they were in a good mood and were very polite. This location is my new favorite spot to eat. I would definitely like to thank The manager Shauncey for making my experience amazing. You guys will get to know me by name ??
I've dined and ordered (DoorDash/Uber) and have nothing but great things to say about this place. Love the food and service is always good. Wish they had brisket more often would be my only complaint.
Service was a bit slow, more chit chatting than assisting but wasn't to bad. Food was good, had a few cold pieces of brisket in my bowl everything else was hot. Decent flavor, overall not to bad!
The exterior of the building doesn't give a Justice on how it is on the inside. It is large, well maintained and the food is amazing. They have nothing to ask Chipotle. Service was amazing and the food was very tasty. I will come back.

I order a veggie quesadilla through grub hub, as I was eating it, I felt something metal like in my mouth, I spit it out and there was a staple in the food. Not happy.I ordered last night, tried calling them this morning to let them know and no one picks up the phone.EDIT: I was able to email Adam, he was very kind, quick responding and helpful. However, he promised me over a month ago that he would send me a gift card in the mail, still hasn’t came yet.
