Worst firehouse sub I’ve ever been to. In California I can walk in to ANY firehouse sub and know it’s going to be delicious! I prefer them over subway easily. Last week I wish I hadn’t, subway was just up a LITTLE further ? I wish I would’ve known. I walked in to FS and the 3 servers behind the counter just stared at us walk in, up to the counter to the person who was working the cash register, and did not say one word to me. No greeting, no inquiry if I’ve ever even been here before, nothing just literal blank stares. When the woman behind us with her family was up at the counter the server asked her what she wanted to order and the woman said she still needed a little more time to look at the menu. The server then let out a big *sigh* for the whole establishment to hear and rolled her eyes at her. Being someone who has worked in the customer service industry for almost 20 years, I was disgusted. And the food we received showed that also. Poor presentation, and the food seemed rushed, and not toasted like normal. Horrible representation of the Firehouse Sub brand. Please re train your workers, and take more care/pride in this establishment
While the cashier was polite, two customers came in after my order. I'm guessing they were regulars as she had short conversation with both before her and her co worker began on both their orders and served them, which left me waiting an additional wait time for my own order to be done. After they gave me a free drink as to say "thanks for being a good sport". The food was good.
On my first visit, the service was unfavorable. Granted, I came within 15 minutes of closing, but I had hoped to be greeted and made to feel like they were glad to get a sale within the last hour as opposed to mumbled comments under masks and hearing 2 ladies mention how they're "about to snap" and "ready to go" (verbatims). Surprisingly the gentleman at the register was kind and welcoming and patient... he should be considered for a manager position... not either of the 2 ladies. Kudosto the young man working the cash register tonight! Since I was 1 of 3 customers to show up during the last 15 minutes, I can understand the rush to close and staff being tired. Perhaps customer service will be greater during the daytime (I hope so, but I doubt they're worth a second try from me).
First time visiting this place in a while. Service was terrible. Employee who took my order mumbled behind her mask and was irritated when I couldn't hear her. When I asked what type of meat was in their chili, she looked at me like I was wasting her time. So frustrating dealing with negative people when you are trying to patronize small businesses.
I walked in, ordered to go, and left without checking the bag... I did not receive the brownie I purchased with cash. The service would have been great.. They are hospitable. The subs are delicious. Wish I had the brownie though ?
The 2 African american female workers had a nasty attitude tonight... they acted as if they didn't wanna be at work and serve their customers... as more ppl was coming into the door they was popping and smacking their lips. They closed the bathroom down 2 hours before they close. They were supposedly out of all cheese beside Swiss, no pickles, & no Mac and cheese.The food here is good.. don't get me wrong.. but you gotta have customer service and show ppl they you value them and not just a person who spending money there just so they can get a paycheck.
The customer service is phenomenal. She makes the sandwiches perfectly ?. The greatest part is that she remembers our normal orders each time that we come....even if we don't visit for very long periods of time. I love this place!
Omg....this place is AMAZING the customer service looked a little tired but it was at the end of the day, they still had a smile, the food was off the charts!! If you haven't eaten here I would recommend for sure!
Third time I’ve ordered from there and they messed up every time. I had one good experience and was giving them hope they would redeem themselves, they haven’t. Meat was dry in my sandwich, and not everything that was ordered was there. Awful experience and not just one but multiple. I wanted to support being a volunteer firefighter but the food and customer service quality doesn’t come close to par. Lost my business unfortunately.
I just wanted to leave a review because I order from here often and the ladies in here are always so nice! My order is always right and their attitudes are always so positive!!!
