The day we stopped by it was so hot that the employees could not be outside to take orders because the iPads they use to take the orders kept overheating. Even though they couldn't get orders in advance everything moved a long just fine. The employees did a wonderful job keeping the line moving at a steady pace.
My wife and I's favorite coffee place I usually get a white chocolate mocha and my wife has had a variety of their coffees both cold and hot. Friendly staff, expect lines it's that good.
The staff are very friendly and they get my drink correct 99% of the time. I like mine with coconut milk ?. Just gotta pick a good time to go.
Every Dutch Bros is 5 star. That's what they do. This one is just a little bit...extra 5 star. If you can stop, their coffee is always superior, and the Mafia on staff is as well!
Love my coffee houses but I'm loving Dutch Bros a little more. They have a nice variety of flavors/ combos and aren't limited to just coffee.
Dutch Brothers is one of those coffee places you go to if you want something quick and delicious. be sure to already know what you want though, as they don't usually carry menus here, (At least in my experience). I've been here three times so far and the service is extraordinary. The employees are very nice and helpful when it comes to finding the perfect coffee for you. My second visit. the only problem I had was one of the employees didn't really know much about the menu when I asked. would I recommend this to a friend? I think it's safe to say yeah I would. once you find that one coffee, I don't believe you'll be disappointed at all.
Alexa needs coaching on her job. I am currently in the drive thru and she is only helping customers in the inside lane. Myself and several other cars are in the outside lane patiently waiting for our order to be taken. After seeing Alexa take four orders from the inside lane I asked her what she was doing and she said taking orders. I let her know that she is supposed to take one order from one lane and take the next order from the other lane. She rolled her eyes at me and continued to take orders from the inside lane. Two cars have drove away so far without placing their orders. Dutch Bros your losing money right now because of an employee who really acts like she doesn't need this job. Already called corporate while in drive thru so no need for you to comment on thanks for leaving a review
Highly suggest management or owners of this coffee joint check on this place. That second line allows customers to get their time wasted and unorganized drink orders. I ordered 2 simple drinks and they messed it up 3 times. Final drink I received had more large clumps of ice than milk and flavor.
First time here. The people were nice and the drinks were great! ill def come back here when i can.
