Awesome service friendly staff always quick and fast with making drinks. My favorite is the golden eagle blended with an extra shot add vanilla bean and soft top it’s amazing!!!!!
1st time here and I loved the drink I had. Can't remember the name but I think it was a turf something ? tropical. You can get it with or without the fruit. I got mine without. I think they may have had a shot of energy in it, which I didn't mind since I had to drive 6 hours back home. Nice place to grab a frozen drink or coffee.
I LOVE Dutch Bros! I only put a 4 star only because they can never tame their long lines. Not really much you can do about it. My husband and I always drop by the window and get tended to quickly. Love em!I suggest a Harker Heights location too. ❤️ It would be a God send!
Some of the nicest people I have ever met and they even make amazing coffee!! I swear, I come here at least 3-4 times a week and they love my buddy, Nova! They’re so dog friendly and always give him multiple treats when we come to visit. I’ll be coming to visit here in a few minutes! Lol
Unfortunately a good thing is going bad starting yesterday. Clear creek location has a manager that has less customer service skills than the entire staff at both locations. Sage ( The so called manager) wanted to stick his chest out to let me know he the manager instead of trying to create my drink the way I was requesting to have it made. Not to mention I pull up and have my children's smoothies prepared the same way every visit! No one in the field has every been rude or gave me a hard time on my request...strawberry mango extra sweet with whip cream. Pretty easy huh! Sage wanted to tell me he's the manager and there was NO WAY POSSIBLE to sweeten a smoothie. Are u freaking serious!! I've only been pulling up 3 or 4 months ordering the same thing!! The workers are extremely sweet!! Everyone but the MANAGER! I CALLED COOPERATION IMMEDIATELY! As a drove to the location by HEB! PULLED IN ORDERED MY DRINKS WITH NO PROBLEM. ITS ALWAYS AT LEAST 25.00 TO PURCHASE SMOOTHIES FOR ALL MY KIDS AND IF I GET MY COFFEE YOU DO THE MATH. I was contacted today by some kinda specialist. I'm annoyed now frfr. If you're not trying to compensate me for my issue get off my phone. She went on to tell me there's no way to make smoothies extra sweet and all this Jaz I know is a lie because we get them this way every week a few times a week. I let this lady talk and tell me everything she wanted to say and was very polite. I even told her my frustration isn't with her but the fact that the people at the top are clueless about something as small as making a smoothie sweeter...in a room full of syrups n sweetners...please stop. The customer being happy is the first concern especially one that pulls up 4 5 times a week...I've left good reviews also for both locations. Both locations have amazing staff that I've learned to love...but for a manager to come how he came is not what's up. I wasn't gone even leave this reveiw until the specialist came and was basically telling me the same thing and trying to back her manager. It's the fact he wanted to let me know he's the manager and basically I'm not getting no extra sweet smoothies that day. Taha. I live closer to clear creek n now ima be forced to drive outta the way when I want coffee instead if right after dropping my son off go two businesses down. Customer service is everything. Especially from a manager. I spend my hard earn money..you cant make a small request BS. The lady tried to say we could add Caramel for sweener....ooooookay do what cha gotta do but I been getting them sweet what's the problem. I may have to give Starbucks a opportunity or the new coffee shop being built right next to Dutch Bros on Clear creek. I will not be treated like my business don't matter the economy is hurting right now so any business anywhere should be valued. I exspect that from a worker I forgive sage but he has poor management skills. Then lied. To my face saying I'm doing all I can to make u happy ....how you didn't name any alternative but that he was the manager...well act like one. I didn't have my wig or makeup on so maybe he thought I was a raggedy black girl on her first visit there. No I'm very regular....check my profile!! I won't tolerate it and I spoke up for myself. Don't let people treat you like you small nor dumb. Especially not a so called manager. Especially after I told him they prepre it like that for me alllll the time. My kids even hop out and order their own sometimes...they were confused too. I'm not gone cap I'm going back maybe just not as much as I used to especially not on clear creek. Although they got some booooomb workers that I truly appreciate on clear creek????? I am #QueenEarline my reviews be real true and ??????????

The lines are nuts but holy smokes is this good! Edit: the lines aren't as bad as they used to be, and it's awesome. Their drink menu is so expansive that I just ask the baristas to make whatever they want. I've never been disappointed.
I love Dutch Brothers. One of my favorite parts is the price for the size cup. I taste the coffee, it's not not to strong but it's not overwhelmed with flavoring either. They also have so much to choose from. The only downside is I wish I had one closer to my house.
I don't understand why wait times are so long. You literally need between 30-40 minutes of your life, stuck in a drive thru, to get a drink. Owners!!! Don't you think that a ridiculous wait time? Even if your coffee is great, do you think it's fair?. Today I lost 30 minutes stuck in a drive thru line and ended up leaving because I didn't have any more time to wait. Why don't you have a speaker? I know your idea it's very cool, but very inconvenient as well. Today, because of the weather nobody was outside taking orders and it seems like each car had to wait an average of 30 minutes at the window to get a drink. This is way beyond ridiculous. And why employees don't have a sense of urgency to move the line specially if they are doing one order at a time?
LOOOVVVEEE Dutch bro! I feel like a lot of businesses only have great customer service when they first open but this location has the nicest people every single time I stop for a coffee (which is arguably alot) thank y’all!!!
