Inexpensive, friendly and they had a lot of donuts to choose from. 1 adult and 3 kids and spent under $20
After going to the store in Harkers Heights multiple times late mornings/ early afternoon and seeing only a couple of donuts left. This Killeen store made my kids and I happy. Every time we go there are good variety and fresh donuts on the shelves. The are well stocked compared to the one closer to me. I don’t mind driving 5-10 mins more for fresh good selections of donuts that makes my kids happy. Besides it issues of small parking lot this is a great shop.
The service was adequate, but could always use room for improvement. The eggs were cold in both breakfast sandwiches which we had to eat; we were on a scheduled trip and there was no turning back.
Probably the most beautiful Dunkin I’ve ever been to! The manager is super friendly and the staff seem to enjoy their work environment
They completely screwed my order, when I Told them that it was wrong they caught an attitude and were rude. They “re did” my order and it was still wrong, not going there again. I would give 0 stars but google doesn’t allow it.

Okay, yeah won’t be going to Dunkin Donuts on Fort Hood street next to Sonic ever again. Smh. No stars is my rating.
I love the Dunkin Donuts on Ft Hood st. The manager is amazing she is so kind and is down to earth and the employees are polite and helpful. They even remember my order and notice when I change it up. I always have a Lg coffee made a little special , add coconut one pump of mocha and whipped cream lol it's amazing All though it is a chain Restaurant it feels more of a family cafe if you are a regular even if your first time give them a try.
Coffee was good...staff also...now they won't put anything on your bagel due to covid...so get the knife up and spread out the cream cheese yourself...it kinda defeats the purpose of purchasing prepared food if you have to prepare it yourself...also I don't get that they can grab my bagel and put it in a bag but they cannot have contact with the cream cheese...like spreading cream cheese could give covid but not the bagel?? they might be so busy that they rather put everything on the side...I'll go to the grocery store instead for all that
Must have had a staff upgrade! I've avoided this particular dunkin because my order was always wrong, just seemed like more work than it was worth and staff seemed annoyed and unfriendly when i said something wasnt right. The last couple times the staff has been so friendly and orders have been perfect!
Constantly having to wait for fresh coffee, 20 minutes after they open. Orders wrong. Menu is unavailable. And mispriced.Main pictures on the menu. BROWN SUGAR OAT LATTE, is discontinued. Mini bagel bites. 2.00 on menu. 2.50 at register. Egg whites are on menu. Discontinued and no longer available.
