Usually pizza here is great. Ordered today. It wasn’t cooked all the way even though I asked for.. well done. There were barely any topping on the pizza. There was so much grease we had to put a tissue on it to soak it all up. The middle was so mushy. We decided to not even eat it. Very disappointed and not so sure if I order here again. It was nasty. Definitely nasty. Whoever made my Pizza today at this place. Needs to find another job they have fun doing and enjoy. Because making pizza isn’t it.I had moved the pizza to take photos. No one ate it. It went in the trash.

Not sure who the manger was tonight but going off the way she did in-front of customers saying what she did and didn’t do , rolling her eyes is so unprofessional. This was my first and my last time ever coming to this dominos. The cashier on the other hand , she was amazing she was sweet she made sure I got my order done correctly.
Helped a buddy set up his house after he moved and he paid me in pizza and beer. He ordered 1 supreme pizza, 1 peperoni pizza, 1 chicken alfredo plate and a order of hot wings. Driver pulls up and it costs 55$I have no idea how many fees had to get tacked on to justify that price but that is just crazy to me.To be fair they did bring the food quickly and it was made right. The quality was good for what you would expect from a Domino's. I would be careful selecting deals and such if you order by phone at this location. I kind of think they just rang it up weird and without any deals. I would like to hope that the staff didn't find some clever way to rob us on that one but man that price was crazy.Its actually been months sense this happened and just remembered to write this review because its become a running joke with us.
Sooooo......I received my $3 dollar coupon and tried to use it in the store and on the app and it's only on regular priced pizza's. I tried to explain in the store it clearly states with any other coupons. "NO" one in the store knew about this promotion or how it works. I ordered my pizza in the store and immediately got a tip for $3 on my next order......really!!! Anyway it's kinda useless.
We love the $5.99 mix and match! You should you try the medium on handmade crust with garlic sauce pepperoni and sausage, maybe with olives or jalapeno
Last time I ordered a veggie pizza and got a piece of chicken on it. Called the manager and was told that as I have called after 24hrs, I will not be compensated. Funny thing just ordered it again yesterday and found another piece of chicken on my veggie pizza. This time around I was told that I did not call while I was eating the pizza, hence wont be compensated. The manager was very rude and hung up the call while I was talking to her. Being a loyal customer of Dominos for a long time, this is the last time I order from them. Pathetic customer service from their side.
The manager Leslie is rude, hung up on me because her comment was she guessed what happened to my order, my comment to her was YOU GUESS? or do you know. There shouldn't be an explanation for no communication from them to client. There is no customer service from any of the previous employees spoke to before hand. They seem to be lazy and not contact customer when they realize the address is wrong. Instead delivered it to wrong place, then turned around went back. Highly upset, very un professional, and as a manager lacks peoples skills, and customer service.
After calling in to notify them that we were receiving messages on Facebook from a random stranger with pictures of our names, address, and phone number. After my explanation, I was asked if my replacement pizza was made to satisfaction, to which I replied "yes" as it was made to my specifications. I was then told that they will not refund my money. It was not for the pizza, but for disclosing our information, that we wanted the refund. The manager we spoke to said the driver was the only one who has our information. I have a picture from the person who messaged me with our information, stating not even the instructions on the receipt to "place the delivery by the side door" were followed.
I order from here 2 to 3 times a month I get great service from everyone but the people who make my pizzas. My wife cant eat garlic so I never get the garlic sauce on the crust but the last couple of times they put it on anyway. So check your orders before leaving the store or before the driver leaves unless you want cold food or wait for a entire new order.
