I made a mistake on my order as a pan pizza instead of the hand-tossed. They went out of their way in suggesting to remake my order on the spot or receive a credit on a later order.I don't like wasting food at all, so I took my pizza home and ate every. single. slice. The pan is delicious! I am not going to take advantage of a happy mistake on my part even though the offer was there.The 10th street location is hands down the best service I've gotten out of any place. The bros that work there are always nice and they sling a great pie. I'll be back!
I ordered two med pizza .. and they were the bomb. And the young man that took care of me at 10:30 am was wonderful.. best experience I've had in a long time..
I came up here to receive my carry out order but my order was made completely incorrectly. The workers were nice about the situation, but the Manager Nick was extremely rude and repeatedly kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk. He has rude customer service.

The tracker showed the delivery driver go the opposite direction of my house for 15 minutes before the order was randomly marked complete, they said they left it on a cooler somewhere. I honestly have no words. No refund, no expedited redelivery, just no pizza and annoyed. Where the heck did the driver even go? Who leaves a pizza on some random cooler without confirming it's at the right spot?
The food was good but they forgot to put cheese on top of my bread bowls. The guy was polite but obviously agitated. They really need to work on checking product quality.
