I waited 15 min to get my a small dipp cone n when I got it the chocolate was all melted dripping all over the cashier just looked at me and offer me lots of napkins.
They really do need more staff, but the staff that was working stayed in good spirits considering there was a line at the drive thru and inside. My blizzard was worth the wait.
They take too too too too long, my food came out super cold, the food tasted like it was sitting their for a good while, the my blizzard was not even cold, it was melted, they did not even turn my blizzard upside down to show me that its frozen, I ask for a refund, or ever a remake they told me to call mangment. And when I did no one answer the phone.
Slowest DQ ever. Just yesterday I waited for 15 mins in the drive thru to find out they were not accepting cards. Why was that not posted outside to save clients time?
I ordered through doordash for a pickup and it was very convenient. The wait was about 15-20 minutes but the food was hot abs fresh. The only knock is that the time was off by about five minutes and the chicken on the grilled chicken sandwich was very small. The order was just aside requested including fries with no salt, but the meat size was pathetic. The service was outstanding though and very friendly.
I don't know I'm a little put off with these guys I really like their chicken and dumplings but the last time I went they told me that the hub had none questionable.

My family loves some DQ blizzards. My personal favorite is cotton candy on the summer menu. Even though one time, the server literally dipped his finger into the blizzard and still tried to serve us the blizzard, he was receptive when we asked for a new one while watching him remake it.
Worst DQ ever! Most ridiculous location. The crew that works there always looks like no one knows what they’re doing. Drive thru is full of cars and these people make no hustle to get cars their orders! It’s not hard to make an ice cream order.
Despite being extremely short staffed, they had our large order out to us quickly and correctly. The manager was doing quadruple duty and the only other worker there was doing triple duty. Highly impressed with the way they worked.
