Handed me melted ice cream with a tiny spoon also never flipped blizzards upside down either like they’re supposed to.In response to owner: I wasn’t able to bring it back as I had a crying baby in the backseat and a tired toddler. I don’t think I’ll be returning any time soon unless this is corrected. There are several other locations that offer better product and service.
We waited 20 minutes for our food in the lobby. The food was good (about average for a DQ); however, I ordered a DAIRY FREE dilly bar for my wife (she has dietary restrictions) and three bites in my wife realized it was not DAIRY FREE. Mishaps like this can lead to SERIOUS health issues. I would strongly advise management to ensure this kind of slip up DOES NOT happen again.

I ordered the steak finger dinner and asked for unsweetened tea, did not have unsweetened tea, asked for Diet Dr Pepper and did not have that. Drive thru sign showed they had it. I got a diet Coke. Got home and ready to eat which turned out to be chili fries. Tried calling to let them know and no answer.
Portion was not accurate, service was ok. Food wasnt hot, felt warm. Ive made a few visits to try to get a banana split and today again, no bananas. Why have on menu if dont product to serve?
Absolutely the worst Dairy Queen Call to talk to the manager to tell them that they forgot to put my bacon on my sandwich which was unseasoned and half cooked he offered for me to come back to get just a Bacon to put all my family
I want to say yesterday I went to Dairy Queen drive thru and I proceeded my order at the window . As I looked and see that it was only one girl up there . I asked her was she up there by herself she said yes just for now . Then I asked what her name was . She stated her name was massiah . She made sure my order was correct . Made sure I had plenty of napkins and ketchup. As I asked . Great employee
I believe her name is MAZIAH she is awesome worker EVERYTIME I come in there she the only one moveing fast . I asked if she was a manger she said no she just was a regular employee highly recommend her .
Love their ice cream! There's definitely no other like theirs. Yum!
Literally ordered 2 meals and it took 15 minutes. People behind me ordered twice as much and was out in 5 minutes or less.
