Ordered a banana split here when I couldn't sleep and was in a lot of pain. They did a good job. Drive through is on the slower side. People were leaving.They have a Texas menu with food that wasn't available in other states which is cool.
When I say I needed my chocolate helping and this DQ ALWAYs comes through no matter the date, time, or hour. The drive through was empty hallelujah and the order taker was beyond attentive. When I got to the window I was greeted with an amazing smile by Crystal she made my visit just that much favorable. I can go to the other DQs and the customer service was no where near like this experience. I love this DQ even with getting in and out of traffic it was the smile that sold me! ALWAYs will visit this location for my DQ for my sweet and ice cream fill
We went there and ordered two large steak finger baskets and they didn't say nothing about being out of gravy cuz we would have never ordered it and then they wanted to sit there and we got the food and everything we checked it to drive through and I had no gravy in it so I called them and they said there and said that they told us that there was no gravy and which I did not and some guy came out and said he'll give us barbecue sauce with it I said no I said this ain't chicken nuggets chicken strips I said this is steak fingers what's called for the gravy so we just got our money back and left but service there was lousy I advise people to ask and see if there was any gravy before they order their food.

My husband and I went to this location yesterday around 5pm, we both got Blizzards. Mine was fine but my husband said his tasted different and had a metallic taste to it, we didnt think anything of it. A few hours later he is rushing to the bathroom every 10 minutes, he ended up with food poisoning from this disgusting place. Definitely DO NOT recommend..
The manager was amazing. She took our order with smiles, we went and sat outside and when our food was ready she brought it out to us. Thank you sooo much!!!
Slow as hell but the employees are nice so it makes up for it. They can’t hear squat in the jankey headphones so the 3 stars is because I ordered two things they got 1 of them wrong and when I asked them to fix it and just they just threw it away and gave me something I didn’t want lol
Horribly disorganized, took over 30 mins for a burger, fries and a shake to be made. There was another customer that waited ten mins for two vanilla ice cream cones
This location has had it rough, hiring and training new people which we all have been there before so I completely understand how things can get mixed up or misheard but they have been amazing with their customer service in trying to go above and beyond to make their customers happy I appreciate the hard work and understand the set backs. The food is amazing and the people really are giving it their all. Thank you guys for all you do.
Umm I don’t even know where to start so I went by tonight waited 10 mins by the speaker to order , got to the window and asked to park because my nachos weren’t ready and then got home to a cheeseAnd tomato where’s the ground beef??!! Very upsetWith this place won’t be going back this is the 2nd time my nachos don’t come out right.
