Food was nasty. 1st time there. Had chicken fried rice as well as beef an shrimp. Had no flavor an tasted old. Definitely won't go back. Yuck.
I will say the food I got was tasty but the process it took to order was not the best experience. Upon entering the establishment there was no greeting which wasn't really an issue because "maybe they were busy" I said to myself. I already knew what I wanted to order and the gentleman at the cash somewhat next to the cash register was just standing there, pretty much having a starring contest for a few minutes before walking to the cash wrap and even then he said nothing no greeting just starring. I brushed it off and just started saying what I wanted to order. I paid he gave me my receipt and that was that. I wasn't sure how long the food would take so I went to my car for about 20 minutes. When I reentered the establishment, there was a gentleman (the only customer there) sitting down, and the workers were just behind the counter and only one of them was actually engaged making food. I assumed he'd been helped but after waiting 5 minute's (I thought someone would come to the front once someone comes inside) and had to yell excuse me a few times before the gentleman who was on the cash register came. I asked if my food was ready to which he asked for my receipt and grabbed the food. The customer who'd been waiting mentioned that he hadn't been helped and would like to order.Long story short, order online first before going as their customer service is lacking.
The food was fine, the establishment was definitely under staffed, we ordered 2 plates and it was nearly 20 min before the second plate came out. Would recommend ordering in advance to have any luck getting a meal on time. Thing was there was no real customer management and control of orders made. So sad, lots of potential.
Was my first time there, and probably my last. I ordered miso soup and a sushi roll. The miso looked great, but was very watery and cold. I’m fairly confident my sushi order was somehow messed up, but my receipt and the clerk said it was the same thing. I hate fried sushi though, so it definitely left me pretty unhappy. They may have some other stuff I would like, but the setup on not really having a waiting staff, and getting charged $18 for what amounted to a pretty pitiful meal don’t have me excited to try again.
Sushi was warm. Chicken was tough and dry (almost resembled jerky). Owner/cook refused to make new dish or give us a credit for a future visit.
Great food and service. One of the best bento boxes in town. They also had a really cool roll call the Texan that was fried on the outside.
This place is pretty great. The workers are very polite. The place is superb and clean. It’s a chill place with not so loud music and a just a chill environment in all. They have some really amazing choices. I had Spicy Lover roll with chicken udon. The sushi was amazing and the udon was really good too just wasn’t a fan of the chicken. Should’ve went with shrimp. Oh and their price is really reasonable too y’all will love it
The service is just as excellent as the food. We had the Gyoza which was perfectly fried golden and so delicious with the special sauce. We also ordered the Golden California Roll, the Red dragon roll , the Volcano roll and a spicy tuna roll. All of the food tasted so fresh and scrumptious. The ambiance and music was delightful. Would recommend to anyone who wanted some good sushi and good service.
Had the Combo Poke, fries dumplings and a roll. They were all stellar and very fresh! Definitely found our sushi/poke spot ??
Really nice place to eat. Food is good & decently priced! The crab salad is a typical lettuce salad with crab meat & a tasty sauce.Gyoza was good & fresh.I wasn't in to the hot tea but my younger sibling loved it & was chugging it down. The Cupbop tower was so good & fulfilling. I could've ordered that alone & been good. The baked scallops were good. It's extremely cheesy & hot!
