I have been looking for good birria tacos around the Killeen and it has been hard. These hit the spot for me and I would recommend.
The price is ridiculous ? 4$ one one taco? Then they like street size tacos…. Definitely reaching with that price. I will say however it was good. Spent 8$ for two small tacos . Left hungry. The owner really needs to get a grip on that price 2$ seemed reasonable and that’s even pushing it

The price and the quality did not match up. If you know what a real Birria taco and sauce should taste like, well this is not it. The rice was bland and the beans were definitely canned. The price would of been acceptable if the food would have been decent. Not the case. good luck Quatro tacos.
Me and my wife ordered the Birria Tacos what we received was shredded beef that didn't fill the taco cheese, a bit much the sauce was Ramen sauce the beans were can and the rice dry. We paid 30 dollars for this and that's not cool, will not be going back.

Had the quesabirria tacos and they were awesome. Looking forward to trying the ramen and other tacos next time
went to the mall with my gf and wanted to try their tacos and they were amazing. came back for seconds within 30 mins and gave us a bowl of Ramen on the house. amazing tacos and great customer service.
