This was the worst salad bar and pizza we have ever experienced. Then on top of that while our grandchildren were in the arcade they were piling chairs on tables, mopping floors and ignoring the fact that they still had customers in their restaurant. They were also out of sweet tea and Dr. Pepper. And then my granddaughter got nothing on every game. The games just took her money. It was terrible.
Cheap place to eat, food ready if ordered to go. But first cashier was nice. The manager or assistant manager not so nice. I asked for a bag for all the marinara sauces and she made a scene about me wanting a bag for and I quote "Just 4 marinara sauces? Uggh ridiculous she put it." Well, i have to carry 3 pizzas on Fort Hood base for approximately a quarter mile with wind speeds in excess of 25mph and up 3 flights of stairs. Yes I wanted a bag to keep my sauces from flying away. She acted as if the company was going to go out of business over a small bag. Worst is when driving away she was bringing out the trash but stopped to look and stare at me with such a look of disgust towards me.I try my best to rate everyone a good rating and I come in contact with dozens of establishments per day. Cicis so far has been good to me, except today I experienced bad customer service.
I went right at 11:00 am on a Saturday and the place was clean. Tables, chair, floors, and booths. The booths did not have crumbs or dirt in the seats. I actually did a walk around after I paid before I got my drink and food. The young lady at the counter with the braids and white nails was no nice and respectful. The salad was fresh and fully stocked, there were plenty of pizza options. The cinnamon dessert was a little hard but all you have to do is notify the staff. The next batch of desserts they put out was perfect. They definitely upgraded this location.
Today I came in with my 3 kids and mom. I have a little one (3) with dietary restrictions, so I had gotten her food elsewhere. We were planning on buying 4 buffets. The woman working behind the counter told us we could not bring my toddlers food in (even though she has dietary restrictions) so we purchased nothing. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. I can't believe they were threatened by a 3 year old who doesn't eat pizza
I stopped in tonight to grab a pizza for my husband. Franky, the cook for the night was very kind and personable! This was my first time at this location in Killeen and it was great. Thank you Franky!
Love the place. Went for Lunch today and the staff was amazingly friendly and attentive. The Restaurant was clean, the pizza good and hot. We ordered our favorite and it was done quick and to perfection. Breadsicks are the best ?
Always clean and the staff are friendly. There are usually a good number of options out, and you can request a pizza be added to the buffet. The salad bar is kept stocked and fresh.Very affordable option for going out to eat.
I was craving the BBQ pork pizza. The guy, Jay, was so awesome that not only did he let me know that the BBQ chicken was ready, but even gave me a buzzer for when the pork was ready. To make it even better, he held the pie behind the counter until I got there to get a slice (or 3)! He was fantastic! I gave him double elbows as a high five for being so awesome!
Kitchen was working fast but could not keep food on the buffet. As soon as the one girl putting out pizza would put something out it was taken before the next one was ready to replace it. Staff was good at collecting dishes being cleared by customers themselves but was not attentive to the tables being left dirty when customers left even though they had an employee in the dining area the entire time.
Staff is friendly and announces clearly what pizzas are being put out on the buffet. I was also asked if I wanted anything made special for me. Restaurant and bathroom were clean. Overall good experience.
