Lastnight staff was totally unacceptable they lied about how long it would take for dark meat just to sell the white meat that had apparently been sitting since lunch because you couldn't eat it..as it was lukewarm and hard i was in line for about 30 minutes it was said dark meat would take 16 minutes. Night shift you need to do better.
If you want chicken don’t go here (Church’s chicken)! I have been here three times and it seems the further they get from their ‘grand opening’ the worse they get. I walked in to get some food today and I was the only guest (drive thru or inside). The person working the drive said “she’ll be with you in a minute” so I waited. And waited even longer while the drive thru person went about other tasks besides taking care of a customer. She came out of the back and saw me still waiting and must have found and said something to the girl who was supposed to be working the front counter. On my way out (without their chicken) I saw her coming out of the bathroom looking like she just woke up but pretending to be wiping her hands dry for my benefit. As far as rodeos go this was not my first one and I think maybe she was asleep since most of their traffic probably arrives at the drive thru. Not good business/ customer service. I wish I knew the actual store number but it’s the newest one on this street. The address is 2100 W Stan Schlueter Loop, Killeen, TX 76549Stay away from this place, if their customer service is that bad imagine what else isn’t right with the business. I will never go there again.
I have a family member that works at one of your churches,and I myself have worked in this fast food field and ,your managers are very weak ,and really are not manager material according to my witnessing them in action ,it's too much chaos in your establishment,and the reason your numbers are down frankly ,you have too many individuals that don't have pride ,or dignity and honestly they wouldn't be employed at any of my establishments. I might be a health inspector trying to throw you a safety net ,or maybe not ,so advice all your managers that they are being watched and observed .
This place JUST opened and they've been out of white meat for like a month lol. Like, who's managing this place? And not that this would necessarily deter me from buying here, but customer service was kind of lacking. They don't seem to care about the customer.
Do not order online! Specifically the PICKUP option! I put an online order for pickup at 8pm, when I got to the restaurant the place was lock for dine-in customers so I called asking where can I pickup my order and was told that “machine” is broken and we don’t have the order. I asked how is broken , I still got charged? The employee told me I need to cancelled the order. I went to the app and guess what is not in the app?! A cancellation option in it! So I lost the money and Ieft without food. I am hoping the bank can respond for my lost money.
It was our first time at this particular Churches. The Employee Nina was very friendly? You can tell shes very professional and everything was hot and fresh. I will definily go back to that store! Loved it!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I went there on 3/25/22 and got food poisoning. I was so sick I couldn't stop throwing up and it's the only thing I ate that day. I didn't start feeling better until 3/30/22 I had to miss work 3/24/22 due to it. I tried calling to complain with no answer
The server was courteous, polite and repeated the order back to avoid mistakes. The food was hot and prepared well. We will visit again.
Update: No one ever answered me. I drove off and come to find out their cook didn't show up. Smh. Need to hire better people. Currently sitting at the window where they take your order on 12/28 at 1:13 pm and said hello several times. I haven't heard from anyone. This is ridiculous. There is a line behind me and I am still waiting. No one has said anything. This is horrible.
I was so excited to know they were close by! New doesn’t always mean good! Service is super slow ! Poor customer service! Get someone who know what they’re doing! Cook didn’t show up for work therefore no service was rendered but chicken was under light!???♀️ Get it together people
